The smell is the first thing I noticed with this product, its incredible. I have only been using this product for about two weeks now. It does help with volume for sure. I have only used it once on my recently colored hair, it dodnt strip to much of the color so far

I started off with the conditioner, but now use both the shampoo and conditioner most days. It does make my hair have more volume, look fuller, and doesn't fade the color. New and not improved. I had recently been given Living Proof Full shampoo and conditioner as a gift. Though I was doubtful because of trying numerous products that promised body for fine limp hair, I gave it a try and was delighted with the results. I had much more body and needed far less styling products. It was great! When my supply was getting low, I ordered the shampoo not knowing the product had changed. As I began shampooing with the new bottle the first time, it felt different, and finally after 3 lathers, I picked up the bottle to see if I ordered the wrong product. Then I saw in very dim letters the words “new and improved.” This new version does not clean as effectively, does not give the body of the original product, and seems to leave a residue on my hair. Very disappointing. I will not purchase this again. “New and improved” usually isn’t. ... show more
