I received this rug on March 5th. It came in a box folded. I have to say it’s really soft and nice but it’s hard to vacuum it which sucks! I may return it back but don’t know yet.

The rug looks great! It is soft but not too fluffy. Unfortunately, if you have pets, as I do, hair and dead grass bits stick on the rug, and vacuuming it is almost impossible. I had to lint roll it. It is machine washable, but I didn't want o drag it out from under the bed for just those things. Besides that one detail, I'd recommend. ... show more

This rug is crazy soft. I put it in my walk-in closet where we frequently are barefoot and it feels really really nice under foot with the really soft, long fibers. I was hoping the gray wouldn't be as dark as pictured but it is, in fact, it might be a little darker. So be sure you want a nice slate gray because that's what you get. We were looking for a nice accent rug in our living room, and this one is the best we've come across. It's very soft, and so far has maintained its texture even with our big dog loving to lay on it all afternoon, and has so far been real easy to clean and keep in shape. The stain resistance of the rug is so-so, in that we have a couple little boys who have gotten a marker stain on it, which mostly came out. However, mostly is not perfect, so that's a slight ding, but what do you expect? I put that more on my kids than the rug, especially for the price, and the color of the rug is dark enough that you really can't tell from a distance or in most light. We are definitely going to look to this rug maker again if we need to add to our decorating collection in the future. ... show more
