Very absorbent even overnight

These briefs are far and above anything I have been able to find. They are very absorbent adult briefs even for overnight so that you aren’t changing your client every few minutes. They wick moisture away from the skin very well. I’ve not had issues with skin breakdown. I love that this company also makes them in XS if you need them. They are true to size, strong, comfortable and fit well under clothing without too much bulk. I hope they never stop making these.

over all great underwear

I tried other briefs they would leave my wife, wet uncomfortable when laying in bed after switching to live dry ultimate XL adult briefs. It was a game changer. Wife could sleep all night without getting up and in the morning the bed was dry. She was not wet, the brief held everything in she’s getting quality rest. I would recommend these underwear or briefs to anyone. I want to give their loved ones a better life. everything about him their material is great. They’re thicker than regular briefs and they hold up great product.

Not as much leakage as other brands

The leak protection around the legs are a little bit longer than others we've tried. Still have some leakage depending on how you sleep. We are still comparing these to the Tranquility Overnight. We've tried many different brands and these 2 are the most likely to not have leakage around the legs.
