These briefs are far and above anything I have been able to find. They are very absorbent adult briefs even for overnight so that you aren’t changing your client every few minutes. They wick moisture away from the skin very well. I’ve not had issues with skin breakdown. I love that this company also makes them in XS if you need them. The leak protection around the legs are a little bit longer than others we've tried. Still have some leakage depending on how you sleep. We are still comparing these to the Tranquility Overnight. We've tried many different brands and these 2 are the most likely to not have leakage around the legs.
