While comfortable and affordable, the Extra Absorbency underwear are impervious to leaking. When heavy urine leakage from the bladder occurs the central area of the underwear just can't absorb it fast enough and leakage occurs at the leg opening, despite the dual elastic gathers. Most of the time it's fine but in cases of heavy leakage, they don't do the job.

Have tried many brands & sizes & these fit the most complete. A smaller size fits but this brand has better protection in the seat. Immediate absorbency. Only occasional leaks along the inner leg after sitting & that area bunches up a bit.
