If your Ring Video Doorbell Pro suddenly lost power, you tried to charge the internal battery by using your phone charger, it powers up then loses power again, or it refuses to charge, the internal battery could be the culprit. The original battery 602025 is 3.8v 300mAh, but since Ring or Amazon doesn't sell those, we are left with this alternative 3.7v 250mAh as of this date. The number is the size of the battery that fits. You have to desolder the pcb board along with the three tiny cables and connector from the old battery, remove the pcb and connector from the new battery, and transplant the pcb that came with the old battery to the new battery! Easy peasy lemon squeezy! Before touching anything though, you have to unplug the transformer connector from the unit's main board, followed by the battery connector. They are both located on the left side of the main board. Also use plastic pry tools so yoy don't short anything. Good luck! ... show more

Works as a replacement battery for the ring pro doorbell. The power connector and temperature sensor need to be swapped with the ones from the original, but the cell size is right and has worked well for months now.
