This mount is great. It has strong suction and so far has not fallen off the dash, although I haven't tested it during the hot summer days yet. The magsafe magnet is also plenty strong. At this point my only knock would be that the stem is completely rigid, meaning the mount transfers any bumps right into the phone, making it move up/down/left/right along with whatever bumps you're driving over. I suppose if you have really good suspension then this won't be an issue, but in our dodge caravan there are certain stretches of road where it vibrates to the point that it's hard to focus on the phone. I previously had a more typical squeeze-type mount that had a knuckle in the arm which provided a little shock absorption, so this is just a change for me. I think the convenience of magsafe outweighs the times when the phone vibrates, so I'll keep it.

I’ve been really impressed with this car mount. The magnetic hold is incredibly strong, my phone stays perfectly in place even on bumpy roads. Installation took seconds, and it’s easy to adjust the angle exactly how I want it. The build quality also feels premium. If you use MagSafe, this is definitely worth it. Highly recommended!

The reviews are right .. I bought two of these, one for my 2018 Camry & another for a 2011 Honda .. This item worked great for the surfaces on my Camry but it did not work well for the surfaces on the Honda, unfortunately. This item is sturdy, has great GEL adhesive, Hold the phone great & securely, & yes - EASY to use right out of the box. It is small & can be placed anywhere, that's a PRO. The CON , Well .. the adhesive appeared to have worn off for the other one of these items I got for a Honda 2011. I would have loved fore this item to work but it did not. I would say it is a hit or miss on whether it would work for you & your vehicle / situation.
