These support boards are comfortable yet supportive and a great option if you are recovering from a surgery. They can easily be cut down to size as needed and they work well with post op and compression clothing. These do seem to help reduce swelling and bruising while you recover. They also are quite flexible so you are able to move without excess pain. My only negative is that I do feel like they are expensive for just 4 sheets but I also haven’t had much experience with these in the past to compare it to. I do like that these can be used for a large variety of surgeries not just liposuction post op. Overall, nice product to help protect and improve the healing process. Would recommend.

My abdominal scars are healed right now. But I gave this foam a good test. Half a day, night, and full day. Including under an abdominal binder during the day. I have thin skin, and I can get wrinkles very easily. My belly stayed smooth as a baby’s bottom. I put it directly on my skin since healed already. It had a soft feel. I didn't sweat. And the foam did not discolor. Really wish I had this right after surgery, and my multiple spots from endoscopy. I could have covered that entire area with just one pad. Also, this is so soft, there is no need to cut it down to size, if you don’t want to.
