This review is for the Chenille Accent Chair, Barrel Chair with Ottoman, Modern Comfy Reading Chair Armchair for Living Room Study Room Office, Ivory. I am really loving my new chair. I got the chenille ivory chair to try out and find that it is very comfortable. I am 5’9” and wouldn’t say it’s a chair I can lounge in but I wanted to try I out because I have a smaller living room and get lots of guests so I wanted a chair I can tuck away in the corner without creating so much attention to it. Well, it does tuck away into the corner and guests seem to like it but so does my cat. This thing gets tons of cat hair on it. I’m not blaming the chair, necessarily but just wanted to note that if you have pets you’ll spend some time cleaning this thing. In my case, I take a damp cloth with a DAB of dawn and give it a scrub down. I find this to be the quickest way to clean. If I have the time, I’m sure a little upholstery cleaner would do the job great. I may save that for a once-a-month type deal. Last thing, I may trade the legs on out this chair. They are plastic and I would prefer wood. The chair seems nice enough that it should have wood legs but I can understand that raising the cost of the chair. Plastic legs seem to hold up well for my heavy family. This trade to wood legs, for me, would just be for the aesthetics. Bottom line is I do love this chair. It’s comfortable and probably even more so for people shorter than 5’5”. I recommend.

I'd never had an accent chair before this one, so I don't have much to compare this to. However, I will say that it is: * Nice and soft. * Foot stool is very comfortable and an ideal height * Looks good (like it does in the product listing) However, one major drawback was that the plastic legs on mine weren't machined to the exact same height. If you screw all legs in all the way, it leaves you with a wobbly chair; the only remedy appears to be loosening one of the legs to make it artificially longer. The chair doesn't offer much in terms of comfort and back support, but of course that's not the point of an accent chair. That being said, I would say that the "Comfy" descriptor in the product title is a bit misleading - I would not call this exceedingly comfortable

clever storage underneath the seat. it has a zippered pocket where the legs are stored for shipping, but that's not the only thing it can be used for. the chair is super duper comfy and i've used it every single day since it arrived. it has gotten dirty quickly and i have yet to fid a great solution for cleaning the arms other than just steam cleaning. but the seat, which has gotten the most signs of wear, has a removable cover that can just be tossed in the wash. that is not true of the footstool, so again, investing in a steam cleaner may just be the only solution. the chair is pretty sturdy and i can sit in it cross legged, so i'm pretty stoked with how it supports my body. honestly, it's a total solid design and i'm pretty pleased with having it

This is a nice looking accent chair and ottoman however the back is very low and not very comfortable for sitting in for extended periods. I just wanted a nice looking accent chair for one of my rooms and this fits my need. The pieces seem to be reasonably well made although the legs are plastic and a little cheap looking. The real downside is the chair is not very comfortable. I was going to use this originally for watching my projector but found if just wasn't comfortable for any period of time. I probably would not recommend this chair if sitting in it is your use case.
