Took 6 hours to build because of troubleshooting malfunctioning parts and issues with misaligned holes. Have to reach out to customer service for issue with hydraulics not working. Can’t use lift feature which was the whole point of buying it. Not as silent as my 8 year old box springs so that was also disappointing. Stability is not confidence inspiring. Images in assembly directions not very clear or detailed. Cord for headboard light is very short. Doesn’t reach across 2/3 the length of the bed to the closest outlet. Not worth the buy. Buyer beware.

Took a few hour to put the bed together by myself, wish the instructions showed more detailed pictures. And labeled left and right on things. The holes are kind off which made it more difficult. And the hydraulics don’t work so the bed will not fold down. Currently waiting for the customer service to respond. There is no number to call you can only email them.

Ok bed. Quite a bit lower than expected but the storage feature works great. Would be better if the led controls were easier to access. I ended up putting them on the top rather than the back. Bed arrived with missing slat and damaged headboard. Was beyond return window by the time I put it together but manufacturer made things right.

This is a very cool bed, rock solid and silent, with handy shelves and lighting, and best storage system I've seen. Assembly was easy, with an unusually well written and organized large manual, and well labeled parts, but took a while, with lots of steps. The frame is very solid after it is put together, and the struts easily counterbalance a 14 inch all-in-one mattress, and hold it easily in the air. There are a lot of well thought out little details, such as a Velcro strip for the light to make it easy to position, as well as a separate power supply for the light, so it doesn't take up one of your USB ports like some other furniture. The shelves are just the right size for eyeglasses, phones, and small lamps, and the headboard is soft comfortable to sit up against. No matter how much you move around on the bed, the frame is silent, and the headboard will not move, making it safe for planters and knickknacks. The storage area is as large as it can be under the bed, with only two small legs to work around. Fitted sheets tuck around the mattress and behind the dark, soft, lower box, making a "floating" bed that looks much better than a typical skirt. Very pleased with this bed.

So not being familiar with the brand, I was a little nervous about this bed. Our daughter recently had a loft bed but decided she was afraid of heights, so we needed a replacement that met her needs as a six year old while meeting our needs for having a place to stash her stuff. Summary : Easy to put together bed, with clear instructions that feels sturdy yet comfortable when complete. The plush accents, the USB charging ports and LED lighting features are all icing on the cake that elevate it to a very good deal at its current price. The storage space under the bed is great for smaller bins and loose items and the hydraulics feel sturdy and reliable, though only time will tell here.

Their customer service in my case is pathetic. I have emailed for 4 days and no response concerning the fact 3 of the side boards were correct at queen size but one was full . Two inches at least shorter . So nothing lines up and I am still sleeping on my sofa . ! Their phone number box is full …. So buyer beware .. I will never ever buy anything from this company again . It’s frustrating and so disappointing…
