Updated Review: 2/14/17 This gas can when it is not leaking is 5 Stars, but these caps seem to cross thread more easily than my older can. I spilled gas on myself 3 times with these newer cans. Today after recapping 3 times, I was able to stop the tank from leaking at the black collar. If the other can finally stops leaking I will upgrade to 4 stars. Updated 2/18/17 Finally able to tighten collar evenly and not spill gas. I saw a little gas on the collar, but hopefully will not leak next time i use my tank. I will update later. ... show more

    • Good, but not as good as the 2.5 gallon version.
I already had two of the 2.5 gallon no spill cans and loved them so I bought these for a larger mower. I don’t like these quite as much, for two reasons... 1) very heavy when filled - to be expected, not a fault of the can. 2) I miss the sight window of the smaller cans, really helps during filling.

These are the top of the line plastic gas cans. The pouring button works great. I would encourage you to purchase the nozzle extender. Gives you more versatility.

Easy to hold and fill my pressure washer and small I generator. It does NOT shut automatically shut off fast enough to stop overflowing. It is still very easy to see the fuel level and release the button when it full. Just don’t depend on the automatic stopping.

I have two of these strapped to the roof rack of my jeep, filled to the max, and hasn't leaked a drop in 2k miles and over rough terrain. Wife keeps one inside her 4runner and has never smelled a trace of gas ever.

These no spill cans are great! No more messing around with flimsy or complicated tops and zero spills. I ended up buying a total of 5 No Spill cans over the past few years and junking my old ones.

No leaks Really have to watch temp changes. Several time I'd find the can squeezed from hot to cold. I guess it shows how well it's sealed. I put a smidge of o ring grease on it day one.
