I just barely got it put together, and it was really easy to put together. It comes already built, you just have to slide the pieces together. With tapered metal sliding pieces, that’s the biggest job because it’s hard to get on the tracks. I got to the end of it; and tried to put the armrest on the couch, but the brackets were placed so that I would have to lift the couch to put it on the armrest. I took off the hardware and just changed them out. Which was really easy to do. I just used the Allen wrench provided and it was 8 screws total, took me like 10 minutes or less. I have a small place and it fits really well. The fabric is super soft, and the cushions are a little more firm, but not too firm. Overall it’s comfortable. Good price for money, storage is really nice, and it pulls out very smoothly. The outlet it comes with is USB and USB C, which is nice. And you can move the long side of the couch to the left or the right side, so it’s very customizable to your needs. ... show more

Absolutely IN LOVE! Super easy to assemble. All packages arrived early. Perfect for my basement living studio. Love the firmness, as with time it will settle in. SUPER SOFT and comfortable. The extra storage is awesome.

This couch is perfect for a living space that can accommodate a medium sized couch. Two people and our 2 50lbs+ dogs can fit on this. Assembly took about 45 minutes and each box (came with 3) each has the same directions inside. Some of the photos about the pieces can be confusing but is 1000% doable. The lounger and arm rests slide in (metal slits) which is great bc moving around doesn’t separate the couch. The boxes are heavy when they arrive but a single person brought it up 3 flight of stairs by flipping like a domino. The couch is comfy and it takes 48-72 hours for the back cushions to inflate and then they Velcro to the back rest. The charger is great, sometimes it gets hot I don’t recommend leaving the couch plugged in for long periods of time My only dislike: if you prop your elbow on the elbow rest (pointed down) it can kinda dent and move the stuffing on the inside and create a dip. this hasn’t happened with the body of the couch though just the armrest. a flat arm on the rest is fine. ... show more

The set up wasn't too hard. I love the color and texture of the couch but after about two weeks, the couch isn't comfortable after a while of relaxing on it. The cushions aren't very soft. It is a pretty stiff couch.

I purchased the pullout with lounge set and it is absolutely amazing. It feels sturdy, and the storage space is larger than expected. It was a little difficult putting the pieces together at first as I did not follow the directions of what order to attach the pieces in. But once I followed the directions, it wasn't difficult. This couch is probably not for everyone. It is on the firmer side. So if you like to sink into the seat cushions, this is not for you. The pillows on the backrest are very plush and comfortable. The material of the couch is much softer than I expected. My previous couch was much larger than this one,and I knowingly downsized. But this couch was still smaller than what I had pictured. I am 5'8" and am able to lay down comfortably, but have to angle my legs just slightly so they don't hit the arm rest. It is comfortable to sleep on, but then again my bed has a firmer mattress. ... show more

Very comfortable. Fits well where we wanted to put it. Storage in chiase was easy to access. We only put a pillow and a larger spare blanket in and it did have extra room still. The gray is a nice color for what we wanted. The USB thing did get warm when we use it but not every time so I do not leave things plugged in when I am not near it. Assembly was not so bad and the back cushions filled in nicely (2 of the three came compressed for shipping) also shipped and was delivered fast ... show more

Absolutely disappointing. I thought this is a joke when I received this couch. It is so small you can't even really sit on it. I'm not big by any means. My son is 13 and he needs the entire 3 seater couch for himself. That's how tiny this is. When people joke about "ordered from wish. com" that's what this looks like. Not worth any money!!! This couch after so many furniture stores has won the family over. It’s easy to assemble and it arrived early! It’s very soft and I love the storage and pockets everywhere.
