Well, I spent a long time looking for a sofa and finally decided to order this one, hoping the bad reviews were just people getting unlucky — just not me Unfortunately, my sofa arrived damaged. The pull-out bed was broken: one of the wheels that acts as a stopper to keep the bed from rolling out too far was detached. The wooden board where the wheel was attached was actually broken That same evening the metal pin that holds the pull-out bed in place also broke and the bed started collapsing. My husband tried to fix it because my friend was staying overnight, but it didn't work Overall, the sofa looks nice and it’s fairly large, but now it’s no longer a functional sleeper sofa I will be returning it

This thing is JENKY. It is an inexpensive but cheaply made couch. We haven't even had it a month and we have had the pulley on the pull out, come loose and bend, have had the actual pull out come physically out and detach because screws have popped off.

We bought this for our camper, as the original sofa was peeling badly. It was fairly easy to assemble. My husband & I are in our 70’s & we managed it just fine. Our concern when shopping was getting it through our RV door, as our door is narrow. But the sofa came in sections , so we put it together in the RV. It’s very comfortable, including the pull out bed.

I searched for 2 weeks for a couch that was the right length, versatile, pet friendly, comfortable, and with adequate seat depth. I was so nervous about getting a couch with very little reviews, so I researched the company. With hundreds of positive reviews on their own site, I gave it a shot. Oh man, am I glad I did!!! This couch is incredible; well made, comes with extra covers, all of the fabric can be removed and washed or change the color, and best part of all is it's super comfortable!!! My whole family is in love.

This sleeper sofa is super comfortable and the queen size fit perfectly in our guest room. It needed to be a sleeper sofa because that room is also used for instrumental practice. The sofa was received in the afternoon and took about 1.5 hours to set up by myself. Probably would have taken less time with a friend. The cushions of the couch are firm but not uncomfortable and they are deep…which means that this could also be a cozy spot to go and read away from the rest of the house. You will need to let the cushions and pillows inflate fully after being compressed for so long. Bonus…we didn’t even realize it came with LED lights until after we placed the order. Bonus feature! All in all…this is a quality purchase and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a sleeper sofa. UPDATE: We have had a couple sets of guests stay on this sofa since we bought it and they have been raving about how comfortable it is. To be clear…it is super comfortable on its own but we also added a 3” foam topper just to make doubly sure which has resulted in our guests wanting to go to bed early…lol. You don’t need the foam topper but it is a great addition. We take it off and store it in a vacuum sealed bag when the bed is put away.
