The couch was easy to assemble attach the sides to the back (slide track and an L bracket for each side). I was able to do this part by myself. Putting the bed part in is easy, just needed a second person due to the weight and size. The couch itself looks nice and the surprisingly comfortable. The bottom seat cushions are more firm than I thought they would be coming out of the vacuum packaging. A negative is the cushions are pretty wrinkled. I haven't tried to steam the wrinkles out of it yet. All and all a good couch for an office that won't be used a lot. It gives us the convenience of having a other room and bed when we have company. We haven't slept a night on the bed yet, so can't fully confirm the mattress comfort. In pulling the bed out (which is easy to do and only needs 1 person) laying on the mattress was comfortable, firm and we appreciated the wood slat design, not feeling the typical pull out couch bar. The under lighting works and does include a remote. This won't be a feature I see us using. The cup holders are a nice convenience, as is the USB ports on the one side front. ... show more

Simple to assemble. Second package arrived the next day. Comfortable, fits a small space just right. Bed seems to be comfortable. I will say the dark gray is really more of a blue gray.

Great size for the space I needed. Came fast with no damaged and packaged well. Gray color is nice, and the fabric is soft. Give it a day or two to puff back out. Very nice design and look. I am not sure why there is under couch lighting but is a bonus if you like that, plus it Comes with a remote. As fae as comfort, it is a wee bit firm, but I like that because I do not want to sink in the seats of the couch. Over time it will become less firm. ... show more

Great spare bed to have when guest are over, it only took 30 mins to assemble (5 steps) and it's easy to take the mattress out and put away. I was shocked how comfortable the mattress was.

2 different guests have slept on this pull out sofa and remarked how comfortable it is. We did add a cushy mattress topper/protector. Fits in my office nicely. Also, kitten-approved. Only negative were the cup holders which are too small to be used as such.
