The order came quickly with our any issues. Building it was straight forward and easy. We ordered and extra set of arms so that we could make 2 couches. Ended up making 3 by using the extra backs as arms. Overall the couch is comfortable, seems pretty durable. Although the description says it's "extra deep" but it is not. I'm a bit of a bigger guy and for my to sit comfortably I have to remove the back coushin. Rating it 4 stars for that reason only. I am hoping it will hold up for several years but only time will tell. May post an updated review in a few months.

The media could not be loaded. Pros - Very comfortable sectional - not so hard to assemble. - The cushions fluff after about 3 days so I waited before taking the picture to make sure I did it justice. Cons - colour on the website was dark gray but in person it's more like dark teal. The gray color has a bluish greenish tint. Not bad enough to reduce the ratings

This came early than expected with was nice. Very easy to assemble, material seems to be of good quality. We love the storage that it gives us for games, books etc. The flexibility that it gives us to change things around is also a huge plus. We did purchase covers because we have dogs that love to sit near us and even thought the cover can be washed, we wanted extra protection from their fur, dirt etc. The downs or negative of this couch is first it is lower to the floor that I would like, second it's not as wide for sitting as a normal couch and finally the seat cushion is a little hard. After a little while is becomes uncomfortable Over all I would recommend this for the reasons stated. We will see how it holds up over time as we go along.

I ordered the 9 seat modular sectional sofa set (6 seats with 3 ottomans), Through no fault of Linsy Home, 1 of the 10 shipped packages had come up missing during delivery. I reached out to the seller and was promptly assisted by Kiki from their Support Team. After a bit of communication back and forth, covering all the bases from both sides to try to locate the missing package, Kiki was able to resolve my problem with a replacement in a timely matter. I think I ordered this on Sunday and it was delivered that Thursday. It came in 11 boxes. Very easy to assemble. I piece probably took maybe 10-15 minutes. The modular aspect is great. I love that I can change it around as I feel like it. Especially since you can add arms, extenders, new pieces, change the colors, etc. Cons: seats are very firm, and the main back piece only goes mid back so there is no shoulder or neck support (I'm 5'6" for reference). We ended up buying the extenders that go on the back for neck support and those help a bit. Overall, an ok purchase, but I would not buy another one.
