I’ve had this sofa for a month now and I love it. It’s easy to assemble - though I found it was easier to install the arm first before putting the back on. Couldn’t put arm on if the back was on already. I was able to carry all boxes up 3 steps from garage to living area. Lots of storage which is what I was looking for. Everything is now hidden until needed: workout bands, craft material, blankets, children toys. So nice!! Got my sofa in blue - which matched to what was advertised. Sofa seating is very firm. I prefer the firmness. Back cushion is soft. The width of the sofa could have been a few inches wider. I’m 5’6”, size 10 and when lying on it with my small 4 year old granddaughter- I feel a bit squeezed, so we end up taking the back cushion off to watch movies. But otherwise it’s a great addition to my living room. ... show more

I've had this couch for about 6 months now and wanted to write a review. Overall it is a very good good couch for the money. It looks good, is easy to put together, and there is A LOT of storage in the cushion benches. It also holds up well to wear and tear. I have two wild toddlers who climb and jump all over it and other then pilling on the cushions it is holding strong. With that said I give it 4 stars because of how quickly all the cushions started pilling, but customer service was very easy to work with and sent us replacement covers quickly. I have never felt more inclined to give a 5-star review for a product or company than this. There was an issue with shipping and half of our new couch got misdelivered. While the delivery company beat around the bush and had non-existent customer service, Linsy Home Direct's customer service responded the very same day, even though it was late at night and sent out replacement pieces the next day after I got back to them. The couch itself is also high quality especially for the price. The assembly is self-explanatory, there is a youtube video demonstrating the way to do it but you might not even need it, it's that easy. Everything you need comes in every box. It took two people about an hour and a half to assemble all the parts and dispose of the packaging. The storage space underneath each seat is invaluable in a <1000 sq. ft. home. The color looks very close to the pictures and the dimensions listed are very accurate. This couch replaced a hand-me-down couch that was originally much pricier than this one. Our old couch was plagued with shoddy construction, strange floor-space wasting angles, flattened cushions, and deep crevasses that led to the internal springs where small objects frequently became lost to time. And it was insanely difficult to haul in and out of homes when we moved it. I am extremely satisified that we now have more seating that takes up less floor space, doubles as storage, and matches our style better. Some considerations, although not at all dealbreakers or really even cons in my opinion: Every part comes in its own box, so there will be a lot of cardboard and plastic wrap to get rid of. cushions take a few days to fully fluff up. Feel very firm at first but light use will break them in more. Locking the pieces together can take a little bit more force than some people might feel comfortable with. ... show more

I cannot praise this modular sofa enough. The seating is firm (which I need for my back) but comfortable and is supportive. Taller peeps might find the seats don't have enough depth but for me (5'7"), it is ample. Very easy to assemble; strong and solid. I love that the seat cushions are square and can be turned or swapped with another if one shows sign of wear (though you cannot flip them). Same with back cushions. It will obviously add to the durability of the sofa. I've bought extra pieces since purchasing the original set up as I developed the seating arrangement I liked. So many options for how to arrange the pieces. Shipping was very quick and all pieces have arrived before originally expected. The storage in the seats helps keep the place tidy too!
