It's firm but comfy! Lots of storage. Easy to put together. I love how I can purchase additional accessories or even seats later. It's very easy to disconnect the seats if you decide to. I am THRILLED with this purchase. The couch itself came all at once, but we had to wait a few days for the arm rests. Each piece has its own tracking number that does not match the Amazon one, so you'll have to track with the carrier. We thought it didn't come with arm rests since deep in the description it says "armless." Then we're surprised when they arrived on our doorstep 3 days later. We do have cats and it does not hold up to them well. It's easily snagged. The covers are replaceable at least, but we'll have to find a solution so we're not buying new ones every month. I will say if you're tall, this might not be the best option for you. I'm about 5'4" and it's the perfect size for me. But the seats are kinda short and the overall couch is pretty small. ... show more

    • Easy Assembly & As Expected

PROS: It was really easy to assemble. Didn’t really even need the instructions. Took maybe an hour at most for two people. It’s definitely firm, but i like it. The back cushions are pretty thin, but I put pillows on mine anyway so it’s fine. LOVE the blue color, but wish it was available in Rubik III too. Definitely an excess of Allen Wrenches (ended up with 5, haha). The storage really is super awesome and really large in my opinion. The best part of the whole thing I’d say CONS: Only major downsides so far is that the velcro doesn’t stay put on the ottoman cushions, but i’m just going to sew them on and it should be fine. The actual downside is that the back of the couch is really low, like basically knee level. It should be fine against a wall, but in the middle of the room it’s a little uncomfortable. The additional headrests you can purchase seem a bit too tall for comfort. so, I just wish there was maybe a bit fuller of a back cushion to give it some more support. I’ll probably just end up add some more cushion to make it how I’d like. All in all very worth it to me for the storage and how compact it is. I’d recommend it to others, but would tell them to keep those two cons in mind. ... show more

Took a chance on getting an Amazon couch and I'm regretting it. Overall, the construction is sturdy so no issues there, but the cushions are very firm and the depth of the seating is negligible. It's going to cost too much to return so I posted it on marketplace to get rid of it. Might be good for a college dorm or a kid's playroom, but as someone over 6', this is not something I can sit on for more than 15 minutes. ... show more

This is better than I expected! I'm 82 and was able to assemble the 3 seats and a set of arms myself, configured into a loveseat with chaise and a separate chair. They are very comfortable for sitting on, and it's nice to curl up on it with my dog for an afternoon nap when the sun is streaming through my apartment window. I love the hidden storage under every seat, and I love that I can reconfigure it any way I want, add additional pieces to it, or change the washable covers to a different color or print. I love our new couch. I even bought an extra ottoman, headrests and loveseat ottoman set. It's nice and firm where it helps my posture but not too firm, it still has a comfy bounce to it. I even take nice naps on it. The storage space is very helpful as well. Just make sure someone is home to recieve the couch because its delivered in multiple boxes.
