I have researched small reversible sectional with usb cord for months. I knew what I wanted, having the right length, depth of seating, most important to me was floor to seat. I didnt want to sit low and then have to get up (im getting old). 18.9 Inches is about as high as I could find, perfect!! The sofa doesn't have deep seating, it is firm, you sit straight not slouched. The cushions are thick, firm, the material is better than I expected, soft ans smooth. I like the armrests, and the availability of the extra cushions from the headrest. Now when it comes to the headrest, I thought that would be a nice add on, personally I doubt we will ever use them. They do not attach to anything, no brackets to hold them in place, which we found that odd. Nevertheless we have the extra cushions and it's so minor, it doesn't change the fact that im in love with this sofa set. The usb outlet was a must in my decision making, I'm glad I stuck to my wants, thanks for making it convenient! I can honestly say that we have not had a couch in our home for well over 2yrs. We always had used ones, and simply put I was not going to have another couch until I could have what I dreamed of, I wanted a sectional. That idea was nice but not realistic when you live in a small 1 bedroom apt. Still that's what I was willing to wait for the perfect one. Thanks to change in furniture geared to modernize a small living area, the reversible sectionals were coming out more and more. Hopeful that my wait was over, I searched regularly, then I found this one. My checklist was finished and I began to push buy now.. the date for arrival was a little over 3 weeks, I didn't care, what's a little more patience right? God must of said she has done well with her patience, let's get that order out and delivered, it was here 7 days from my buying it!!! I was even like a kid on Christmas!! So yes folks, it's here and it perfect, the cost was half what I planned to spend, life is good. My husband and the grandkids are happy with the set as much as they are for me to have what I waited and wanted. If you looking for a small convertible sofa set, you cannot go wrong with this! So it only took me an hour and a half to put this together by myself. Well...maybe 2 hours. But for half an hour I was fiddling with the felt stickers for the bottom of the feet. I could not peel those things apart! The fabric is soft, the cushions are firm, maybe a little too firm, but I'm sure they'll soften up with use. Great couch for small space. Love the color. It's darker in person than in the advertised picture. It's really more of a charcoal grey. This didn't bother me as I was looking for a grey sofa and would adjust the grey paint accordingly. The usb ports and the side arm pocket are only on one side,, but that's ok. Over all very happy with this purchase

After literally months of research and combing thru reviews for a set that would work in my very small space, I finally made the decision to order this set. One of my concerns was the color being specified as "teal" which I believe to be a medium green/blue hue. I viewed it on several computer monitors, and it appeared to be more of a lime greenish. Other than reviews saying it was a pretty color, I did not see where anyone had elaborated further. In person, I would say that it is more of a light aqua. I absolutely love the color and will have zero issues with pairing it to like colors. The armrest being removable are genius. I was not originally very interested in the charging ports but this too is a very pleasant surprise because it is actually extremely convenient. Based on these two concepts, it is apparent that the design was very well thought out. I personally like that you will most likely not see this same furniture in every other household. Also, I received an email from Amazon that the order had not been confirmed by Linsy and thought oh boy, here we go. I sent Linsy an email thru Amazon that they answered the same day and I received the order three days later in one shipment. To fully expand on this already rather long review, you do get what you pay for. Meaning, that the construction itself could be better as far as the size of wood used. The seats are firm and a bit shallow. However, I am a petite person and it fits me just fine. I hope someone finds this information useful. Had I known for sure about the color, I would have ordered it months ago. The expeditious reply and shipment from Linsy were also a great experience. Best of Luck!!

Extremely uncomfortable; seat cushions are rockhard and "overfilled" to the point that you feel like you're having to balance to stay on top of them. Armrests are low to the point of being difficult for me to use, and I'm 5'1"; anyone taller or larger will find them completely useless. Back cushions might as well not exist for all the padding they offer: you can feel the low beam of the back wall straight through them across your midback, and they constantly fall down because one weak strip of velcro isn't enough to hold them in place. If that wasn't bad enough, the "headrests" (really a small pillow slipped over the top of a piece of plastic or wood) aren't attached to the couch at all and just get placed loose behind the back cushions; this leads to a "wonderful" combination of them slipping down the gap between the seat and the back and falling out of place, while also blocking the velcro on the back cushion from reaching the back wall and making the back cushions even more prone to falling forward. Color is also not accurate at all, at least in the grey; images picture a medium gray but the couch I received was essentially black. I'd think they had sent me the wrong one except they don't even sell a black, their photos are just plain wrong. Complete waste of money and I wish I had refused delivery, but I'm stuck with this garbage now because it'd be even harder to send it back.
