This turned out as beautifully as I thought it would, and I really couldn’t have installed it without the detailed review with install instructions from “I buy stuff” on May 30, 2020. Also, I’ll say that I purchased 5 light fixtures to install, and I’d never installed a light fixture before.. and somehow I chose this one (the hardest one) first. LOL!!! I ended up having it a few inches shorter than I wanted it to be, because I didn’t realize you have to pull the cords together to meet in the middle in order to connect to the junction box. So when you measure your cords, give yourself like 5-6 extra inches until you are 100% sure you know how the install is going to go. I gave myself like 3 extra inches. Read the confusing instructions first. Then read the instructions in the review by the person named “I buy stuff” whose tag line is “Nice looking, but PAINFUL TO INSTALL!!!”. Then read them again. Then maybe watch a YouTube video with similar looking chandeliers (like I did) if you need more of a visual. Then get a friend to help you hold it up while you curse and attempt to connect the wires to the wires in the junction box, because this light fixture is HEAVY. After all is said and done, you’ll have a gorgeous light fixture!! ... show more

Was hesitant due to having low ceilings in my house but I couldn’t pass up the design and price and I’m so glad that I purchased this! Such a statement piece! I added some Edison bulbs and absolutely love this! Will be getting the matching one for my entry way!

Overall, this is a very nice dining light. The wood tone is a bit gray, but was "tweaked" with some stain and polyurethane overlay. Works very well over our rectangle table, and the additional "Edison" LED lights perfect the installation.

The media could not be loaded. Nice fixture once installed! The assembly instructions aren’t very good but you can figure it out for the most part. I thought I was missing a part that adjusts the smaller threaded connector to the larger threaded connector. It turns out that the needed adapter is itself screwed onto the flexible connector (that connects to the mounting plate). Just remove it from there and attach it to the threaded connector at the top of the black frame. ... show more

Just what we were looking for. Easy to install if you've done fixture swap outs before. Can be mounted east to west or north to south over your table. Good value for product...home depot wanted quite a bit more for same light.

This is a beautiful light fixture, especially considering how affordable it is! Fits perfectly in my kitchen. If I had to knock it for anything, the "gold" isn't quite accurately depicted in the listing photos...a little more brassy than I was hoping. Overall a great buy though!
