Great wig for the price. I did not need to trim it at all. I used latex glue to blend into the forehead. The scalp is a lil dark so I had to paint over it a few times. Overall came out good.

    • Lots of hair on this product, but bald cap part is not as nice.
Price for quality was good . Be careful where you set this product. I put it on a wig head that had permanent marker on it Long dried & the blad cap part pulled the marker color from the Styrofoam wig Head ( we are having high humidity weather & might be part of the problem.) I can work with it luckily. I would recommend this because of the amount of hair in the wig, nice & full! ... show more

I auditioned a few wigs for playing this role at a Burton themed Christmas party. All were pretty bad and looked more Ben Franklin, except this one! It was the right color, the web was nice and comfy, there's no getting away from the rubber bald piece, but this one had invisible strategic holes and a thinness that made it actually comfortable! I didn't have time to do a proper makeup job on it... But I back brushed (hold the wig upside down and brush like normal) and sprayed in place with Got2b and gave strategic twists here and there to break it up. The wig didn't cover my sideburns, but the character has mold and dirt on the sides anyway, so I just sponged some black shadow up to make it blend and put some green flecks in. I based the very front of the forehead with clown white on a wet sponge which I brought down to do my face with. I would recommend using wig glue - it kept riding up in front ever so slightly, showing the line of my makeup. But as I say, I didn't have time to do a proper makeup here. I highly recommend this wig for this character! It just takes a bit of styling to get right, but it doesn't take long! Don't judge it by how it looks in the package! For the curious, the suit was made from red cap counter coat and red cap painters pants, and gaffer's tape for the stripes. I am a big guy and I didn't want to mess with one size fits most costumes that I would only wear for a couple hours! ... show more

Product did not come ready to use/ nor like display picture. It was VERY curly like curling iron curled. Said to use blowdryer & to comb it out.. that did not work. Picture is after I Straightened it with a flat iron and I got it how I wanted it to look with gel, paint, and mold from a craft store!
