This table-top fire pit comes mostly complete compared to other brands. It includes everything you need to get a small fire going except for the fuel. Packaging for the fire pit was a little rough; I am not sure if it got mishandled or if it was returned by someone before we got it. In any case, the contents inside looked fine, I did not see any damage to the metal. The fire pit is just like our larger one, but it does include heat mittens for handling and a nice silicone base to prevent damage to your table. It's not going to put off a ton of heat, so other than ambiance, I am not sure what else I am going to use it for. In that sense, it's your call if you think it's a good value. All this said, it's complete and functional. Thanks Amazon for the opportunity to review this.

100/100 We have a large stainless fire pit similar to this that’s great and we love it, but it’s a bit much to lug into a campsite and I’ve often commented it would be nice to have a smaller version. POOF! THIS is it! We don’t use it as a tabletop fire pit. We have smaller alcohol versions for that purpose. We use this with wood pellets and small cut wood as a fire pit and “cook fire” when camping. It’s small enough to carry into camp and big enough to produce a good sized fire both visually and heat-wise. I’ve added a metal “cross bar” set that I can lay atop it and use it as a stove to heat tea/coffee water, canned food, etc. It’s well made, but like all these type items, be careful not to cut yourself on the edges. I always inspect the items closely before using them and won’t hesitate to hit “trouble spots” with a file to prevent cuts. It works as expected. As for it’s durability . . . at this point, I’ve very pleased, BUT . . . only time and a lot of burns will tell if it holds up. Ultimately, is it worth the price? YES

My kids always want s’mores and insist on me lighting up the solo stove outside and I NEVER have wood to do so. This little thing is great! I have lit it in our garage and it works really well with small fire starter sticks. The kids love it and it’s just like the big solo stove we have but in mini form. Minimal smoke is always a plus too!

I am using this fire pit to have quick and easy fire to roast marshmallows. I am very impressed by this little fire pit because it can burn wood or alcohol. I have been using this with just regular store bought rubbing alcohol and it puts out a great flame. I like that it was very easy to configure this fire pit for alcohol by just removing the wood configuration and placing the pan inside. I think that this kit has a great features like including a lid to put the fire out very quickly and gloves to manage this fire pit while hot. This fire pit is a great replacement when you don't want to start a big fire or when there's a burn ban.

So I wanted a couple of these and the idea is that you use it for s'mores or whatever. And it works well for those things. But this one is a superb combination of everything. For starters the main body or the combustion liner you might call it is done so well engineering wise that it rivals a turbo jet engine combustion chamber. It funnels the air so well from the bottom that it makes a tremendous afterburner like fire if you want one and put enough fuel in. You can use natural products like wood or pellets but it also comes with a nice tray and firing to control an alcohol fire. And alcohol is a cheap fuel and works very well for this purpose and it gives off a fair amount of heat too which is Handy. It has three legs that get it up off the ground if you're outdoors camping. The fit and finish on it is superb. Just a really well put together fire pit, I would definitely buy it again but it's so sturdy I doubt I ever will. 5 Stars.

I got this because sometimes I like having a little fire but don't always want to go through starting a fire in the fire pit outside. This product works great, I love how I can use wood chips when I'm using it outside but also have the ability to use alcohol to have a clean burning flame for indoor use. Was great to have outside so the kids could roast marshmallows because it only took a minute to get going and even less time to snuff out. Great little stove for camping as well!
