Bought two Linenspa pillows several years ago and they stopped making that style that I fell in love with. This is verryyy similar to my old ones. I love the firmness, yet softness of the foam. I don't like the kind of pillows with foam pieces because my head sinks into the pillow too much that my nose is mushed - so I can't breathe! This solid foam pillow does NOT do that! The holes in the foam provide a cooling capability so I don't sweat (my old Linenspa pillows did not have these holes - they were just 1 solid piece of foam but didn't make me sweat either). It does form with the weight of my head, but it's a comforting "form" imprint that keeps my head and spine in line while I sleep. Doesn't sink my head into the pillow too low to crick my neck like the pillows with foam PIECES and preventing me from breathing! lol Perfect pillow. Highly recommend! I've admittedly had my old cooling pillow for way too long because they don't make it anymore and I've dreaded getting rid of it. This one is a pretty decent replacement. It's nice and firm, but not excessively. I put a cooling pillow case on it and I'm loving it so far.

For side sleeper like me, it's a bit too soft and too low. I gave it to my wife who likes it. I refer Vaverto pillow which is firmer and thicker.

So I'm always on the lookout for the ONE pillow that will not only last but help me sleep better... This Linespa pillow came in a recommendation email last Xmas and wasn't too pricey so I figured I'd give it a try. Bought it at the beginning of the year and I swear it's still like brand new! It has maintained its shape and support level for the last 7 months! I'm usually a side sleeper, but after having had two surgeries this year I now sleep on my back. So, I purchased two of these to use along with our recently purchased hybrid foam king mattress. After several months, I can vouch that these pillows have helped me cope with neck pains as they are basically nonexistent. All the other reviews of how they smell on first opening is pretty much true. Like all compressed memory foam, you should air them out for as long as you can. If you have access to fabric deodorizer spray, spray them and let them air out. We aired ours out for at least 48 hours and they were manageable from there. The smells won’t completely go away until about a week. Didn’t bother us and now we are sleeping better and more comfortable then when we slept on our old pillows that rhyme with WhyWillow. Get you one or maybe two, especially if you wake up with achy necks here or there. ... show more

***Updated Review a 68 days use** Pillow goes flat after just a few hours use. I wake up constantly with neck pain and the pillow flat and hard as a brick. Pass on this pillow. Supposedly there is a 3 year warranty, but the website gives a 404 error code and you cannot actually claim the warranty. Buy a better pillow.** 30 days use. I missed my Amazon return window as it was yesterday. It was great the first week. I wish it was like an inch taller. It never fully expanded to 5 inches either. Also, as it warms up it sinks even farther down then I wake up and have to flip the pillow over to get the other "cold" side. Hate to see how it will hold up here this summer in the south. My neck still hurts. I still toss and turn. Rather frustrating. All around just disappointed with it. ... show more
