The phones great, came with C cord charger and clear back case. I like this brand from Florida. My only dislike are some of the programs reinstalled. I added a SD card and turned off or deleted the programs the best I could. Lightweight and nice size screen.

Edit (June 10, 26): this phone started working again. Not sure why, except I did long press the power button a lot longer. I wish I had picked a phone that was reliable. The battery doesn't last long, the camera is not quality either. I am dissatisfied with the phone. I won't buy another of this brand. It wasn't low cost, a waste of my money.
