I really wanted to like it. Lots of 5-star reviews gave me high hopes and it did come well packaged. But the mattress itself is below my expectations for two reasons (I got the king size one): 1. it's not really 6 inches as advertised, 5 inches most, which is bearable. 2. the top is super thin.I literally feel like sleeping on the spring alone. A topper is recommended for this one. All in all, it's still worth the price you pay but just don't unrealistically expect it to be store-quality. UPDATE: Lineanspa's customer service is one of a kind! They reached out to me to offer a free replacement. I didn't check the messages but they were persistent in achieving customer satisfaction. This is the most excellent customer service I've ever received! They were very thoughtful in offering a topper as a second option in case I'm afraid that the replacement mattress might fall short of my expectations. Their “whatever it takes” solution mindset makes the customer happy. I cannot be more satisfied. Because you know you can never go wrong with your purchase with these great people. I got this product because the price fit my budget and yes you are always worried buying online and not being able to try it out but this is an excellent mattress. I didn't think I got a bedbug from brand new mattress. But we got bite marks as soon as we purchased and tried within a week. Then I didnt see any visible evidence. We got it out with plastic wrapped in a garage anyway. A year later, we found full grown beg bugs inside of the plastic wrap. It's a shame that new mattress were selling with bedbugs. ... show more

What a terrible mattress. I have another king mattress that was also a "bed-in-a-box" and it was way better quality than this mess. I unrolled it and let it inflate for atleast 8 hours(instructions say only 2-3 hours needed) because after a few hours it still did not look inflated. My boyfriend and I gave it a whirl and were highly disappointed. We each tossed and turned all night and the bed felt just like an box spring. I would save yourself the money and try another type of "bed-in-a-box" ... show more

Save your money and buy a real mattress. With this purchase you can forget getting a good nights rest, unless you like sleeping on concrete and have a strong desire to wake up feeling like you just spent 2 hours at the gym pounding weights. When I originally bought this mattress the price is what appealed to me. However, I have learned my lesson 1) a 6in mattress is far from comfortable-- my Box Spring is thicker which is pretty sad 2) any mattress that comes rolled up in a box should be returned immediately!!!!!!!!! 3) always always always invest in a quality mattress. ... show more

Never know whether to trust reviews or not these days, even on Amazon but risked a comparatively small amount of $ for a mattress to fit a temporary situation that might last several months. So, after sleeping on it a few nights I'm convinced the negative reviewers could not possibly have been talking about this mattress. Firm, consistent over even a king size and quiet over a rigid base (did I mention I like a really firm bed?) it has been a most pleasant surprise. If it holds up over time it might even replace the much more expensive king used in our master bedroom at home. Some reviewers mentioned feeling the springs so I put a very thick mattress pad over it before use and if that were going to be a problem this solved it. I didn’t expect much because it’s a thin cheap spring mattress. I only ordered this because of the price & to use as another box spring so my mattress could sit up higher without having a flimsy metal or wood one that’ll just break in a few months. I definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone buying it to actually sleep on even though that’s what it’s made for but it’s just too poor to serve its purpose. Foam or hybrid Would be a better choice & as always the thicker the better... ... show more
