This kit is great, it’s fairly intuitive to use and it’s easy to cut the tubing and connect it with the fittings. It doesn’t have a pressure regulator though so the tubes will blow off of the fittings and the sprinklers or drip emitters with standard water pressure. The included splitter has flow regulators, those aren’t the same thing as pressure regulators. You might not have a problem with longer runs but you’ll definitely want to lower the pressure if you have a smaller garden. ... show more

Bought for my above ground garden. This comes with a lot of parts, and can be a little overwhelming. Instructions were not great. The water just trickles out when using all the pieces. It does what it needs to do, but its not amazing. There are better products out there.

The tube will come off the connectors if water pressure is strong. I needed to use a lighter to heat and fuse the tube to connectors. After that it works great. They should add in a few double connectors so one line can be extended.

Each summer, as the heat increases, I struggle to water my tomatoes. Although I test and amend the soil, use mulch, and water often, I can't keep the ground from drying way too quickly, and I know I waste a lot of water trying. I thought I'd try a drip system, but the area I'm talking about is very small (about 10 feet by 3 feet) so I didn't want to spend a lot of money and get something that was way bigger than necessary. This was just what I was looking for, or so it seemed. This kit arrived quickly and had everything I needed. It was easy to hook up to a hose and the installation was also simple and well explained. I got the whole thing set up and working without one glitch. The above was from my initial 5 star review. Unfortunately, several weeks later, I'm having problems. I followed the instructions exactly, making sure to only put in six drippers per line, but after one week, the tubing started to pop off of the connectors. I thought that I just had to turn down the faucet to let very little water in, but even after I did that, the tubes are still popping off. I wonder if it's because there's a heat wave, and the tubes are expanding. If that's so, than this would be a waste since I only need it during the hot months of the year. The first time it happened, I cut off the connecting end of tubing in case it had been stretched out, but now it's happening over and over with a new tube popping off every time I let even a small amount of water in. It may be happening because I keep the drippers open just enough to drip, not spray. I need to do that because when my tomato leaves get wet, they get diseases. I'm disappointed. ... show more

Let me start out by saying I live in Texas. Our summers are very hot! This is the second time I have bought from this company. The tubbing is definitely softer than what I purchased the first time. It made it easier to work with but as others said...the tubbing blew off the spray heads and because of the Texas heat softening the tubbing even more, this is going to cause a problem. I will not feel comfortable putting it on a timer and leaving. It will need to be monitored. ... show more

I bought this set up so when I'm gone for 10 days out of the month for travel work, someone from my house can easily flip the switch to water my plants without worrying about too much or too little, etc. My only complaint is that the ends pop off. It would be helpful to have some kind of clips or something that holds the black hose onto the little nibs. I'm going to try some small zip ties to see if that helps. To be fair, my water pressure is more than amazing so maybe it's not a routine problem!?!?! ... show more

This system was easy to put together in our smaller garden. I connected it to my spicket with a Y adapter and a timer so I didnt have to worry about water flow. Each head is easily adjustable to give as much or as little water to each plant as you want. This definitely beat my expectations on quality and ease of putting it together. All you need is a scissors to cut the tube to the lengths you need in between your plants. The tubing is very difficult to pull off once it is put on a head, so be sure to do your cuts properly the first time! ... show more
