I ordered these blinds for one window in my bedroom. Installation was easy enough and the blinds are great and sturdy. I had ordered the inside mount, but after installing I realized I should have ordered the partial inside mount(comes with short side valance pieces). I then ordered a new 2nd set of blinds(now as partial inside mount) for the other window in my room. I contacted their customer support and inquired about possibly getting a partial inside mount Valance replacement for the first set of blinds, and they shipped a new valance with side pieces for free. Ands it arrived the same day as my 2nd set of blinds. They both look great and match now. ... show more

the manufacturer is irresponsible , The first ones I bought had no problem, everything was perfect, I bought 6 more and all of them apart from sending them almost a month later, they sent them with incomplete accessories, missing parts and it made the installation super difficult, I do not recommend them ... show more
