The first night of sleep was disappointing as the pillow was just too firm. I called c/s the following day and explained my concerns and was given the options to return or replace, but I opted for the third option which was to keep the pillow and let the down settle ....I was skeptical but I accelerated the settling process with a board and about 80 lbs of weighs. After three days I noticed the difference and the pillow was softer and the down had matted just enough to make it very comfortable. Sarah was right and I am glad I kept the pillow. It is like a fine wine...gets better with age! Now I have better sleep, no stiff neck and no tossing and turning!

My wife was always obsessed with the down pillows that they had at one of the hotels that we frequent. As a surprise, I bought her one of these pillows. She absolutely fell in love with it. These pillows are amazing. Well, it came time to replace her pillow, so I ordered the same one. This one came just as plush and comfortable, however we had an issue with some small feathers sticking through the pillow. (This was NOT an issue with the first one) We emailed customer service and immediately got a respaonse from sarah, the custpmer relations manager. Within 2 days they shipped out a new pillow for us at no charge. Sarah was super friendly and courteous throughout the entire email exchange, and explained that getting poked was definitely unacceptable and NOT the norm for their quality standards. I can guarantee that my wife will only use these pillows for the rest of her life. I 100% recommend this company to anybody who wants a luxurious, quality, comfortable down pillow or blanket.

Great pillow! I originally ordered the standard soft. It arrived beautifully packaged, along with a really cool travel bag. Ultimately after trying it for a few nights, however, it ended up being TOO soft, so I called Lincove customer service. Melissa was absolutely amazing, and helped guide me to a better pillow for my needs. It turns out the king-size pillow with medium fill is a better choice for me, as a side sleeper. I just needed a bit more support. The process was incredibly easy, due to Melissa’s excellent customer service. Truly … she made my day with how helpful and polite she was. Service like that is incredibly rare these days. I give Lincove 5 stars for both the product AND the service. The new pillow arrived promptly, and also contained another beautiful and handy travel bag. The king size, medium fill pillow is a great fit for me, as a petite side sleeper. I’ve been on the hunt for the perfect pillow for YEARS, and I think I’ve finally found it. This Lincove pillow is like sleeping on a comfy cloud. Still supportive, but SO soft and marshmallow-ey. I was initially unsure about paying this much for a pillow, but then I thought about it as an investment in my sleep, and it became clear that the price is 100% worth it. After all, we use our pillows for several hours a night, every night. And the warrantee is for 5 years. Normally I replace my (lower quality) pillows about once a year. So this is a very solid investment, in my opinion. I will definitely be recommending this pillow to friends and family!

I recently tried the Lincove Down Pillow, and I have to say, it’s one of the best pillows I’ve ever used. It’s filled with soft Canadian down, which makes it feel like I’m sleeping on a cloud. Even though it’s super soft, it still gives my head and neck the support they need, especially since I usually sleep on my side or back. What I Liked: Comfort: The pillow is really soft but doesn’t let my head sink too much, so I stay in a comfortable position all night. Quality: The materials are top-notch. It’s made from Canadian white down with a cotton cover, which keeps me cool at night and seems really durable. Customer Service: The customer service is amazing. I had a question about the pillow, and Sarah, one of their agents, was super helpful and quick to respond. Things to Consider: Cost: The pillow is definitely on the expensive side, so it’s an investment. Care: It does need some extra care, like regular fluffing and maybe even dry cleaning, to keep it in good shape. Conclusion Overall, I’m really happy with the Lincove Down Pillow. It’s super comfortable and high-quality, and even though it’s pricier than other pillows, I think it’s worth it. Plus, the excellent customer service, especially from Sarah, made the whole experience even better.

I ordered a soft pillow and I got the medium. I returned it and they sent another. The pillow is extremely nice and well made BUT, I consider this pillow medium firm, it's definitely not as soft as my other down pillow. I have a bad neck so I like to shape it under my neck, can't do that with this one. Again, it's a great, we'll made pillow, just not as soft as I would like it. I would still recommend this pillow.

I tried buying a less expensive "down alternative" pillow but it just wasn't enough support. This queen size pillow is wonderful. I love the slightly longer lenth. It's thick, supportive, and just soft enough. I hadn't been sleeping comfortably so I gave in and spent the money. I'm so glad I did. No more tossing and turning for me!

I cannot sleep with a big pillow. I cannot understand why every hotel, B&B, and VRBO thinks people want/need giant super overstuffed pillows. It does nothing but hold your head at an unnatural angle. That being said, this pillow (I ordered the soft down pillow) is still too stuffed to compress enough for my taste. I have a giant noggin so it should flatten out easily. But it doesn't. Honestly if there were a way to remove 1/3 of the stuffing, it would be fantastic! It is a good quality pillow and feels soft. Faint scent to it, but I think that wil fade, or can easily be covered with a spritz of lavender or something. I will probably keep it and try to "break it in" for a while. But I will likely keep searching for a truly flat soft pillow.
