I have gone through numerous kinds of pillows, including foam, feather/down mix, and other brands of full down, trying to find what fits me best. I switch between sleeping on my side and stomach throughout the night, so most pillows seem either too hard or too soft. I originally ordered the medium, but found it a bit too firm when I sleep on my stomach. I called customer service and they sent me a soft, which is perfect! I can bunch it up to mold/form it to the perfect firmness for both sleeping positions. It has considerably more filling than a couple other brands of full down pillows that I have tried. My wife uses a medium firmness down pillow, and I would say that the soft version of this pillow has about the same loft as the medium firmness that I have tried in two other brands. The medium pillow had no smell. The first replacement that they sent had a fairly strong “wet dog” type smell when I opened it. It was shipped during days when it was rainy, hot and humid, so I think this may have caused the smell. I aired it out for a few days but the smell didn’t go away. Lincove then sent me a third pillow. The third one still had a slight smell when it arrived (hot and very humid during shipping again), but the smell improved with this one after airing it out for a couple of days. Overall, the pillow is the best I have slept on. Although I had a few issues, customer service was amazing and very responsive, sending me two replacement pillows. They seem like they really want the customer to be happy.

I have tried pillows from all over the world. I only pick hotels that offer pillow service so I can find something tolerable. I found this pillow and I swear by the All Down (no feathers) soft and medium version. I have even bought sweets for my 8 and 16 year old. Soft for stomach sleepers and medium for back sleepers! This pillow is a literal dream come true. Every night it feels like you are sleeping on a lofty close that allows you to sink in and it encompasses you head back and shoulders right where it should. It has no weird smell like others do. I 5000% recommended these!!!

This pillow is awesome. It’s like placing your head onto a cloud of comfort! No poking feathers! Just packed full of pure down heaven! Best sleep I’ve had in years! The ends of these feathers always stick out of my pillows and my pillowcases, and stab me in the head or neck, so I have to pull them out. These feathers have covered my pillowcases, sheets, floor, and comforter. It’s a daily thing to have to gather up all of the small feathers, and that’s not a good way to start out your day (and to keep finding them / feeling them all the time.). The pillows themselves are comfortable, however I ordered 2 medium firmness and one soft. The soft one is indeed soft, but one of the medium pillows feels incredibly firm while the other medium pillow feels softer than the soft one I ordered. EDIT 7/20/23: Company reached out to me and provided a different set of pillows and they’re SO much better. All the cons above are not found in these pillows and they’re incredibly comfortable. Fell in love with this set and happy they reached out to me. Updating from 2 to 4 stars - Worth it!!

I ordered the Lincove natural goose down in soft. I tried it for two weeks and it was too flat and hurt my neck. However, I called there customer service to return the item it instead they mailed me a new pillow in Medium fluff to try and said if I was not satisfied they we give a full refund. I have had the Medium for three weeks now and I love it!!! Definitely keeping. Love how this company puts customer satisfaction first!

Bought 2 to replace feather pillows that were 30 years old, and very flat. They are the best purchase I have made in years. Every night, when I lay my head on this pillow, it makes my smile. I am getting the best night sleep I have had in years. I bought them on Amazon prime day, so they were on sale. Expensive as far as pillows go, but they are feather pillows, and worth every cent. I got medium, and that was a great choice for us. Just right. I just use the pillow for my head, my shoulders are on the bed. Perfect alignment for my spine. Also got the pillow protectors from the same company, as well as new pillow cases. Of course I am in Heaven!

I originally purchased medium support pillows. I’ve used down my entire life. They did not suffice , as they are too low fill for what I’m accustomed. I go to return them and there’s this nonsense about having to wait 20 days first. Then the return window is so small (I guess the 30 days starts from order, not delivery date). So, I missed the return window. I complained here, and the response was that I hadn’t needed to wait the 20 days, and they offered to supply me with firm pillows instead, which I received in record time. Much better! Don’t go for medium density, go for the firm. So, I have to compliment their customer service, and I will also say that their down is superior to the highest end Hotel or Charter Club down through Macy’s, which is no longer 100 percent down (even though they call it that), and which also has lousy “cotton” covering that feels polyester is hand makes noise when you touch them (which isn’t comfortable and also wakes you up). This companies casing is natural and soft and quiet, which maybe you wouldn’t think about until you experience something that isn’t natural, or soft, or quiet. Oh, also, no smell at all - many pillows smell awful.
