A fair bit different from most breast pumps and not cheap so it won't be for everyone. The PJ's comfort has a minimal display, but I can't see how the digital display on the Joy could be worth over a hundred dollars more and I couldn't afford the Joy anyway (I got my PJ's on "Black Friday" and a Joy would have been about $200 more). As minimal as the display is it does provide plenty of information (a lot more than the even more expensive Elvie if one is not using the Elvie app). While I personally like the Limerick a lot, since it is different than other pumps I don't know if I could recommend it to anyone else. Since I pretty much only have one size of nipples I can't say anything about the "one size fits all" claim but it does work fine for me, I usually use 19 or 21mm flanges on other pumps. It has a pretty rapid cycle speed, which the few reviews I've found seem to consider generally a positive though some think it might be too fast at some settings? Personally, it works well for me but might not be for everyone. Most pumps these days have a battery (except the very popular Spectra S2 but it is a third the price of the Limerick) so if one doesn't pay attention, one might be surprised that the Limerick does not. ... show more

I love this pump, I have used other brands but this one is by far the most comfortable pump I have used. The silicon breast cups makes it is so easy to use the pump and not to worry about finding the size of the breast cup that would fit me. As an exclusive pumping mom other pumps would leave me very sore after pumping multiple times a day but when I started to use the PJ's Comfort that soreness was gone and I am able to pump every 2 hours. I love the compression and vacuum that this pump has, it makes it so much more gentle to breast when compare to the push pull motion of my other pumps. I would highly recommend this pump to all mom looking for a more comfortable pump. ... show more

I used this pump with my children 10 & 8 years ago. It was absolutely the best pump! It was so comfortable and easy to use. The silicone flanges were a life saver. I was able to produce so much milk too. I unexpectedly had a baby 6 weeks ago after a failed tubal ligation and so wish I still had this pump. Unfortunately, it's not in my budget but if you're on the fence about purchasing this, do it! You won't regret it. ... show more

I absolutely love this pump! It's the best!I was worried about my milk supply as I was not getting enough with another brand. My friends swore by this pump so I tried it out and I haven't looked back since! My milk supply increased right away. It was such a game-changer and such a relief!!!
