Assembly was fairly simple; everything you need to put it together comes neatly labeled in the package. The wood is clearly not real, but that's expected for the price, and it does look nice and feel sturdy. The first couple of nights of use on it have felt pretty stable; there's a bit of squeakiness if you shake the bed, but it's mostly not noticeable. Solid product for the price. My daughter wanted a bed with some storage under it, and since we were completely redoing her room, we didn’t have a huge budget for a bed. This was exactly what she wanted, and it was offered at an amazing price. I was a little hesitant, but the reviews were good, so we decided to give it a try. The bed arrived in 1 box, it was heavy, but we were thrilled it was easy to bring in and store for a few days until we could put it together. It was packaged nicely on the inside, lots of styrofoam to keep everything in place. All pieces were clearly marked and the screws and small pieces were all packed together, and marked. We found the instructions to be easy to follow, and the bed took us about 2 hours to put together, but that was using our tools (drill with Allen head socket and quarter inch ratchet) It would probably take double that time if you used the tools included. Everything went together easily and perfect with the exception of the plug in extension, the holes didn’t line up, so we had to tap new holes, but that was simple and took no time. The bed is well made and her standard full sized mattress fit perfect. So far, it’s proven to be very sturdy. The drawers aren’t super big, but perfect for storing extra blankets, clothes, toys, or whatever. The drawers slide easily on her wood laminate floor, without scratching it. Other than the holes not lining up for the plug in extension, we had no issues and would definitely recommend this bed. ... show more

This bed is amazing for the price. Thank you to the super tall man who recommended it. Put it together by myself without issue. Unlike 2 desks purchased recently the directions are amazing and accurate. All parts are perfectly separated and the necessary allen wrenches are included. It does not squeak at all. We have a 14 inch pillowtop on it which is perfect as nothing falls at the head board. The drawers work well. I literally had assembly PTSD after the desks and this was such a relief. You can complete it in an hour by yourself. Additionally, aside from dragging the whole box inside nothing is heavy.     • Good for the cost
Assembly pretty straight forward. Lots of screws. Material has led up since sleeping on it for a month now. Haven’t notice squeaks. Drawers at the bottom just roll out and are not attached to a track. Kinda only downfall but looks great!
