I got this two summers ago as a replacement for an older frame that had seen better days. I wasn't at the point in my life where the full, grown-up bedroom furniture set made much sense for me, but I still wanted something comfortable, sturdy, and presentable. This frame checked every box and then some! Assembly was honestly very simple and straight forward, and I had a harder time taking my old bedtime apart than I did throwing this bad boy together. Maybe an hour or so and 2 beers worth of work I'd guess. I really don't have anything bad to say about it! I don't really use the drawers that roll out from the floor board, if anything is dinky about the bed it's those, but they serve their function all the same. The frame does sit a little low, so keep that in mind depending on your mattress. I have a 6-year-older Purple mattress, so it's lower than some beds, but I personally like it that way. ... show more

Great high quality bed. It’s able to hold a very dense mattress and two adults. It looks really nice and was easy to assemble. Only drawback is that the drawers are wired. You cannot place anything in them that’s small like socks and undergarments or they fall to the floor. Drawers also are annoying to open and close because the front of each drawer often overlaps one another. ... show more

The frame is good. It's easy to put together, it's a convenient layout with a nice headboard that has a shelf and charging station. It's simple, looks good, and holds up well. What earns the five stars was the service I got for the predicament we got into when my wife initially purchased the CA King frame. Long story very short, we got completely screwed by our local mattress store. The thing about 40% of mattress stores being fronts for money laundering? This place was part of that 40%. We didn't find out until we bought this frame in CA King size that they'd sold us a regular King mattress instead of the CA King we'd picked and paid for, on top of numerous other issues. I spent two hours putting the frame together, only to flop our mattress on top of it and see that the foot of the frame jutted out by several inches. We at least tried our mattress on it and liked it a lot, so we took the thing apart, repackaged it, asked for a return, and bought the proper sized frame. Because of the price and size of the return, Amazon had the seller reach out to check in. After chatting with them briefly and telling them what had happened, they decided to just send me a full refund and keep the old frame. They did not have to do that, nor did I ask them to. It was a rare above-and-beyond act, and we sincerely appreciate it. Thank you, Anna, for arranging that for us. We already have a newly-engaged couple in mind to whom we hope to gift the free frame. ... show more
