Note: This is for a full size bed frame Assembly: The frame came well packed and each part is easily identified, which contributes to the ease of assembly. That being said, almost all the screws are designated as M6. I did not notice that and upon starting the assembly I used the wrong length M6 screws. So the lesson is to properly identify the length and not just the designation. There are two hex screwdrivers; one has a Phillips head and a hex while one has two hex ends. The double hex is for options in rotating if a part is in the way. There is only one size hex. It took me just over two hours working alone. The greatest difficulty is that the parts need to be flat against each other to secure with the screws, which is harder than it sounds if working alone. Still, one person can assemble this frame fairly easily. Noise free engineering: The metal parts are all solid and should last a long time. There are no nuts and washers to help secure the screws. I am suspicious as to how long the screws will remain tight without a nut, and how silent all this metal-on-metal will remain with time. The two middle support bars running the length of the frame that support the metal slats running perpendicular have a rubber coating. Presumably, that is what is meant by “integrated memory foam.” There cannot be much memory because the coating is paper thin. It is better than nothing but it is hard to tell if it will past the test of time, especially if the screws start to loosen. Now that it is new, I can assure you that there is no noise. You may want to hold on to the hex wrench and tighten the screws every so often. Lights and Charging: The description identifies that the frame is “equipped with RGB LED lights” and “storage & charging station.” There are two outlets, a USB and a type C. The lights are a light strip that is attached along the headboard using velcro. Behind and underneath the headboard is a USB input plug that can be used to power the light strip. This allows for the light strip cord to remain hidden and frees the USP input on the power module for other uses, such as charging. Elegant Design: The look of the frame is purely subjective. However, consider that most of the headboard, including the white upholstered soft Sherpa fabric, may be hidden. An attached picture shows what it looks like with a mattress and boxspring. I know that the description states that a boxspring is not necessary, but it was when we purchased the mattress. I am not confident that our particular mattress should be used without a boxspring. Even with just a mattress, a lot of the headboard is blocked. It is only ten inches from the slat to the bottom of the headboard. Our mattress without the boxspring is about 14 inches. That, plus the pillows, hide a good portion and with the boxspring, well you can see the results in the picture. Another picture shows discoloration at the edges of the headboard. I regard that defect as minor but I wanted you to be aware of the possibility if you order. Conclusion: All-in-all, this is a good quality frame. The metal parts are solid and the screws are heavy. They secure well to make a solid and secure fit even without the use of nuts. The sound insulation is minimal but at least it is something. At a cost of just less than $139 at the time of this review for a full size, it is not an exceptional deal compared to other similar items available on Amazon. I did not give enough consideration to the distance from the slat to the headboard. So, in my situation the headboard is mostly unseen. The discoloration on the edge of the headboard is minor and not being considered for this rating but is reported as part of the review. Rating: Based on the above, I feel a rating of five stars is appropriate. The frame itself is of good quality, the screws are tight and solid, and it has the added feature of lights, two outlets, and a USB and type-C. The headboard shelf is minimal but enough for basic needs. If seeing the full headboard is important to you, consider the combined height of your mattress and pillows.

My daughter has a LED alarm clock plugged in to give it an even cooler look and now she has even more space to add and display her trinkets.
