This arrives neatly packed and shipped very safe, love that. It's really quite small and easy to carry around and is a fully complete sewer camera. Instructions are clear to use and understand, and easy to assemble everything together into the battery pack. The battery pack acts as a nexus for all of the parts and wires. I used one of the video out ports (there's two on this one, but it is not listed as such in the manual. Ran a video cable to a HDTV, so the client could see what I was seeing on the camera's monitor. It displayed an image, but it was in black and white, not sure if it's the machine or the HDTV. Reached out to customer support and we trial and errored the issue, seems it might be the HDTV not understanding the video signal. The sewer camera monitor itself is great, works well and very clear. The client could still see what I was seeing, just not in color. Also, you can rotate the sewer image in four different ways, but it's done locally on the monitor itself and not the camera, so the other video out will not rotate. The accessories worked well, especially the wheel one, lots of screws on it to make sure it ain't gonna fall off in the pipe. I have just about abused this camera, using to push over and around pipe breaks in cast iron sections, push out clogs or fatbergs, and it kept on working and displaying and image. Worked well in completely submerged sections for over 30 mins with no issue, leaks or anything, just kept on trucking in the pipe. The camera wire is also marked out in meters and works well in finding where the breaking, stoppage or roots are in the pipe. Customer support is absolutely awesome, responded quick, helped trouble shoot the few issues I had and offered to send any replacement parts, to try and resolve it or trial and error on my end. Well worth the cost, even with a family member I helped out, who had tree roots break a portion of their pipe and cause a blockage and fatberg. They were able to see it all on the camera and understand how washing all of their grease down the drain is a bad practice!

Quality of video is good however very week can t get past 50’ due to weak cable. No support to be able to push it. Also my cable broke right at the beginning. I contacted seller and see if they will replace it. I will update once I hear from them. Update: seller reached out and are sending a new unit out. I’m not sure if it’s the same or not but hoping cable is better for sure.

I bought this camera and used it 3 times until I got a NO SIGNAL on the screen that never changed. Customer service was quick to engage and send a replacement unit. I received it 8 days later, which was fine, but it never turned on...AT ALL. I let it charge several hours until the charger was green, again, nothing. It has been 4 days since trying to reach customer service and they don't respond. Go with another company. I'll have to see if I can get it looked at locally, at my own expense.
