Horrible customer service. I have been trying to return this bike after it locked us out and it will not work. So much for a warranty. They will not answer phone calls or give a return label for shipping. They are trying to offer a $300 refund for a $700 bike I purchased less than 2 months ago. Let’s go ahead and start with the build quality of the LikeBike U12. It is a very well built design strong where you need it now it comes with a top of the line display screen, which online normally runs anywhere from $80-$115 the battery however I feel is a hit or miss my bike now has around 500 miles on it and the battery is already showing weakness. Also, the controller for battery current control is low grade, which has also started having issue the tires that come on this bike are pretty cheap. I would definitely recommend upgrading to a stronger and more heavy duty tire straight out of the box the power/speed with the title of the saying, max speed of 32 mph I completely believe is false the parameter settings from the factory meaning tire dimension, size pedal levels, speed control, different sensitivities and level settings will display on the screen 32 MPH well actual speed I’m only going 25 once setting the tire dimensions to the correct size the fastest I’ve gotten this bike is 28 mph while I am a 5’11 male weighing 180 pounds. This bike is my daily commute back-and-forth to work. I don’t know where this 100 mile range comes from. maybe if you’re on level one pedal assist it might go that far. I do know on pure electric with no peddling. I can get 22 miles like I said. My bike has around 500 miles and I now on pure electric I could get maybe 17 miles also with the motor now sputtering while all cables are connected not loose or dirty. which would indicate a faulty controller and or battery I just wanted to give an honest review of my purchase ... show more
