Very easy to set up and works as described. ****IMPORTANT NOTE**** ASURION PROTECTION is a scam. In my experience, If you ever have to file a claim they will make the process as difficult as possible. When you sign in to the app to file a claim you have to sign in three separate times. The form they want you to fill out does not self-populate your name, address, phone # etc. You’ll then need to enter various other information, and they want a pic of both the front and back of your driver’s license (remember, you logged in with a UN and PW). Once you upload all of this, they tell you it will take 24 business hours to review. First, they reject the form stating you must print and sign the form even though it says you can sign electronically. If you call their number, they will place your call on hold for a while and initially an automated message will attempt to tie up your call having you answer various questions. Eventually someone in a foreign country will answer your call. The initial person will try to sell you additional services and after you say no a couple times, they will transfer you to someone else. You guessed it, you will have to be on hold again. You will get transferred and placed on hold several more times and they will find a way to deny your claim. What is especially frustrating is you have followed all their directions along the way. They can (and will) raise service fees without any notice. In the end, you will not save any money and have spent far too much time submitting forms and talking to people that lie and misdirect you every step of the way. The company’s employees are dishonest and have no problem lying to you. You can give it a try if you want but you have been warned. Instead of paying their monthly fee dump the money in a savings account. Odds are you’ll be able to buy a new product that’s updated, and you will receive it in a couple of days instead of weeks later. ASURION PROTECTION IS A SCAM.

I have struggled with streaming devices for several years and VPN services. Then came along these fire sticks. They are amazing and provide reliable programming from variety of apps. Whoever invented them should be given a Nobel prize. It’s going to revolutionize the way we watch TV. But of course the major networks will find a way to put them out of business. This one time cost is more than worth it. As a 77 year-old man, I was a little intimidated at first, but it’s easy to install as long as you can read and hear!

Overall a good product at a very good value. Sold as refurbished but you can’t tell. Very well packaged and appears new. My only issue was that the remote would kill batteries in less than 24 hours. I tried chatting with two different tech support agents and neither was able to help me that was disappointing. I ended up returning it and buying another one which is 100% fine. New one is perfect. Picture quality is great on my 75” Samsung even though it only HD not 4k. Remote works fine and it controls my TV and soundbar. Nice to have everything on one small remote. I recommend getting power from the included adapter as opposed to powering off a usb port on your TV. If you do the stick will need to boot up every time you turn on your TV. If it’s connected directly to power, everything comes on instantly and is ready to go.

I have a Firestick Tv, Firestick Cube, & Firestick 4k. So I purchase a new Firestick 4k for a new tv because I always liked the interface. However the newest update is the WORSE UPDATE I ever seen in my life. The New Firesticks make a TON of noise and I do believe this because it is constantly scanning in the background to invade users privacy. It is EXTREMELY NOISEY & LOUD even when you are not using it. The new firesticks do not come PRELOADED WITH APPS. They are require you download the Mobile App and Pair Your Phone to set it up and it doesn’t even work. They no longer ALLOW users to set up with the remote and sign into your account your WiFi with the remote. Instead they take you through downloading a Poorly Designed Amazon Tv App to Pair to the Tv and it doesn’t even Work!!! Another issue I would like to point out is what if a User doesn’t have a “Smart Phone” The previous Firesticks before the update came Preloaded with Apps and you can sign in to your WiFi with the Remote. Amazon has changed everything with the New Update, the Amazon Tv app is poorly designed it doesn’t work. It would not pair, it’s extremely NOISEY, it doesn’t work properly, no longer user friendly. I’m returning for a FULL REFUND and my new Tv is Smart Tv so I’ll just use the interface on my tv to stream
