What does the wa-rranty cover, and what is excluded? 1-year frame wa-rranty against structural defects. 90-day parts wa-rranty against manufacturing defects. Normal wear items excluded. Handled by our U.S.-based team. Does the vehicle come assembled, or do I need to assemble it? The Ranger 125 ships 85% pre-assembled in a steel crate. Remaining assembly takes 1.5–5 hours depending on mechanical experience. Full-color illustrated Manual and YouTube assembly video included. Do I need to change the oil before the first ride? Yes — change the engine oil before your first ride. Factory oil is a break-in fluid not suitable for extended use. Skipping this step is the most common cause of early engine seizure. What should I do if my vehicle arrives damaged? Photograph everything before signing. Note damage on delivery receipt. A little challenging to build cause there are no instructions. You can go online and view a video, but it's not a very good video (silent movie in fast motion). With some basic tools and a little know how (basic mechanical skills) you can get it put together in a few hours. My front right blinker wasn't working so I messaged customer support (was just a loose fitting bulb), they were fast to respond and supper helpful. On completion the engine started right up and runs great. My grandkids are going to love this thing.

Great little gokart!

Even though this little go kart was a job to assemble, it went together very well. No written directions were included, but their is a Chinese produced video available online for assembly. It's not in English, but the video itself will walk you through. Some areas are extremely tight fitting, like the battery compartment, yet it went together just fine. The kart is fairly fast, although I dont know about 35mph. For sure 20-25 though, which is plenty for us. Shifts well and handles great. A good buy for the price and for a handyman with a few tools.

Pretty Impressive Little Jeep

So far it’s been a solid little ATV. I do wish there would have been a couple of simple tools included. That would have made assembly way quicker. I did use non ethanol gas and will do an oil change right away to prolong the life of the motor. Definitely check your bolts after first couple of rides. I did purchase some lock-tite to make sure everything stays together. Suspension feels good and was able to climb a pretty steep hill with me and my wife with no problem. I plan on doing some modifications and review video on YouTube. Only reason for the 1 star off was for the simple additional items that it could have come with. (Simple assembly tools and better overall instructions.). The battery and exhaust was the most challenging parts to install. But really glad I went with the XPro brand and look forward to doing a more comprehensive review on YouTube soon.

Awesome mini jeep, you do need some mechanical knowledge to put together, not much but if you cannot change your own oil.... Your gonna need someone to help you. Adults can easily drive around as well as kids, super fun, easy to work on, would 100% recommend!! Note: my kids wanted it louder ..... So we cut off the catalytic converter and muffler😁 some good pops and bangs on downshifts!

It has now been twenty one days since I placed this order and it still shows that the item delivery date is unavailable! I contacted who I thought was the vendor and it turned out that X-ProUSA had no record of my order. so I left a one star review and was then contacted by a person whose name was Dirt Bike Mike. It shouldn’t take this long for a product to arrive and I now am now considering canceling this order. I need someone to resolve this problem immediately and would appreciate a total refund if this product isn’t here today, Monday June 15th 2026. Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Ordered May 25, original delivery date May 29, delivery date changed to June 6th to the 8th delivery date changed again to June 15th and now its still coming up delivery dated unavailable and I have still not received it.

This thing is amazing! I'm not a tech guy so putting it together took me 8 hours because there are no instructions. However, i am mildly mechanical. All the smiles on my kid's face and his friends is so worth it. My friends own some old farm land and they rode it all day, drag racing a dirt bike and endless fields. I'd recommend this everytime and I may buy a second for friends to drive. When my boy hits 16, he'll be the best driver of his generation!

I don’t leave reviews often, but I am for this Jeep. 10/10!! It arrived fast. My husband and I put it together over 2 afternoons. It has been keeping us all entertained since! The quality is great, everything works as it should, and it was fairly easy to assemble. Side note: it comes in a metal cage you have to take apart. We are repurposing the cage into a shelving unit for our garage!
