Can’t even tell that it was pre-owned! Came new in the box, packaged beautifully. Set up was easy and a breeze. I absolutely love the paperwhite screen, reading in the sun is easy and the warmth adjustment is 100% worth it. I read a lot at night so having the warmth setting makes it easy on my eyes. The quality is great, I have small hands and even though this is the “bigger” size it’s easy to hold and lightweight. I use a pop socket on it for a more comfortable grip on it but I could do without and still be comfortable holding it.

I’ve had it about a week. So far I love it. It’s holds a good charge. It easy to use, and the size is good for reading. I almost got the smaller size but I’m glad I got this size. This doesn’t not have a colored screen but it’s perfect for reading. I love the jade green color! I really went back and forth between the green and pink. Both colors are great. Over all I have very happy with my purchase. I went from reading on an iPad to this I prefer this better. It’s lighter and easier to read on. I wish the lock button was on top but that’s my only take away.

The media could not be loaded. I love my used like new kindle but I Wish I could have used my free kindle unlimited subscription when it came in. Also I wish the screens could get a little brighter. (These pictures are my kindle at full brightness not warmth) The size is pretty nice. It functions pretty nice. Amazing battery life. Easy to read on. Would be be easy to travel with if you have a case. Make sure to buy a case is you go anywhere my kindle likes to turn on in my bag and flip through pages. (Luckily I can remeber the last page I read) Overall I would recommend.

I tend to go big when I buy things. Got back into reading as a 35/yo man. Taking a book with me to work was fine but not always practical working at night. This kindle is great. Screen is clear and the backlight is exactly what I needed. Only complaint is with Amazon and its proprietary bull. The device works fine, but i dont like the forced control and the ability for them to just delete your books you paid for.

I love this Kindle. It replaced a 7 year old Paperwhite for which I got a generous trade in allowance from Amazon. The biggest problem with the old Kindle was that was excruciatingly slow for any interaction besides page turns. This Kindle is radically faster, with experience comparable to a tablet. It has other advantages, e.g. the screen is super sharp and clear. Auto brightness adjustment works quite well. I got a certified refurbished device and it was indeed indistinguishable from new, as advertised. I had the same positive experience with the certified refurbished Eco Show. There is one minor annoyance: the font for dictionary lookups is too small. It can only be changed by switching the global device level setting to Large but if you do, the font becomes way too big. If you want to use wireless charging with a third party case, be sure that the case explicitly mentions support for this feature. I bought a case that didn’t state this support and Rufus query stated that it should but alas, it doesn’t.

Works perfect, I got it on sale for less than a price of a new paper white so I am very happy. Very easy to read books and the battery lasts a long time. Wireless charging isn't a must but def nice to have after it came out to less than a new Paperwhite.
