This Amazon 4K Firestick works perfectly right out of the box! The setup was incredibly quick and the interface is very fast with no lag even when running multiple apps. I've been using it to download IPTV and Cable Apps, and it handles everything flawlessly - perfect for customizing your streaming experience however you prefer. The picture quality is crystal clear, and the voice remote makes navigation a breeze. For the price point, you simply can't beat the performance and versatility. Definitely the best streaming device I've owned!

Not sure if this is a Firestick issue or a refurbished issue. I don't have these issues with my Fire TV, and this is my first Firestick. Voice controls are finicky with the remote, they respond better to my echo dot than the remote with voice. The video quality is drastically different than the Roku I upgraded from. I have this on my son's 1080p Hisense TV, I did not expect what I saw. The picture is super crisp, clear, brilliant, and impressive. I am picky about audio and video. I love that the Firestick hijacks the entire TV because we lost the remote a long time ago. The Firestick remote, plugged into an HDMI input will control power and volume along with everything else. A really great feature with Fire service is being able to use the recovery feature from any other Fire TV or stick, and it will bring over all of your passwords for your streaming apps. With Roku, I've always had the go back through and set up every app, enter every email and password.

Amazing streaming device! The 4K quality is crystal clear, setup was super easy, and it runs fast without buffering. Access to tons of movies and apps makes it perfect for family entertainment. Totally worth it!

At first i was a little frustrated because i thought the remote wasn’t working. I changed to new batteries and all. And the remote still was not responding. But i looked up and i learned that one problem could be that the remote could need resetting. So i reset the remote and after that it began working and responding properly! Everything seems to be working and I’m satisfied with it now. And to add the remote feel’s very flimsy and it cracks and crackles at times when making selections and pushing buttons. Just feels very cheap and cheesy! That’s my only complaint but they do have remote covers available on Amazon. I was thinking about purchasing a few, perhaps it would have the controller to feel a lil more firm and supportive in the hands. We will see!
