We purchased this chair for my husband who is unable to walk but very short distances. The chair is great and gives him the freedom to move around on his own. It appears to be well made, comes completely assembled except for attaching the armrests and the steering mechanism, which is very easy. It operates smoothly, folds and unfolds readily, fits nicely in the trunk of the car, is not too heavy and the battery is easily accessible. It is also quite affordable, an all around winner.     • It stopped working after one month.
This wheel chair worked for 1 month. Then the joy stick started beeping and not propelling the chair. It is probably an issue with one of the connections from taking it out of the car. If a local mobility store can repair it, great. It can’t be returned and it’s not going to be as inexpensive as I thought! ... show more

This is outstanding!! The price is right, it turns on a dime, it maneuvers through a small apartment easily and the price is affordable! My only caution is that someone who is obese would not fit this wheel chair . U am a 2x female and someone any bigger than me would not be able to fit into it . The place to plug in the charging cable is right at the control box at the armrest in front so it’s easy to reach. It’s much better for small apartments than those 4 wheel scooters many older folk are getting that have mobility issues. This electric wheel chair also folds up and is about 35 pounds so family and friends can fold it up and throw it in the car to go places . ... show more

    • Compact & easy to operate
Comfortable, compact & can fit thru a 24” door. Good value, easy to use, maneuvers good. Just one issue… at slow speed & if operator increases speed the chair will jerk(?) a bit. Doesn’t matter the speed. Any ideas why? But he likes it!

    • Perfect for using in small, crowded areas.
I absolutely love this thing! I had a heart attack and am required to completely limit my activity levels to allow my heart to heal. This chair allows me to participate in life without causing extra strain on my heart. It needs a slower speed because it is a little fast, even on the lowest setting. It is a small chair, I am only 5’5” and a size 6 and the chair fits me perfectly. I would say it can only fit someone who is a woman’s size 12 or so. But its small size makes it so much easier to drive through regular doors or narrow store aisles. I was is a tourist town this weekend that has a ton of crowded, little shops. The chair was able to carry me into all kids of narrow aisles. It can turn really tightly, too. The chair is easy to fold and unfold and really is as light as advertised. The small battery is easy to remove for charging and lasts a long time. I spent 4+ hours driving it all over, up and down hills and ramps and it was still showing 3 of the 5 battery lights! Received the power chair within a week, packing was good and items were all in the box. There was no Verpal’s phone number or e-mail address that I could contact the seller if I need assistance. The weight of the chair without battery is 33 lbs and the battery (25.2 V, 6 Ah) is about 3 lbs. The folded hair cannot stand upright by itself. The chair was hard to open or fold when I received it, I added WD-40 to the joints now it is better. The electro-magnetic brake system does not effectively stop the chair. The wheels look like plastic material. I cannot reach the manual brakes (too low) if I sit in the chair. When I turn off the power, the chair becomes in manual mode and the electro-magnetic brake won’t work. I am 5’4”, 130 lbs, the size of the chair is right for me. I have not test run the chair outdoors so I cannot comment too much. But for the price it is good for me. ... show more

I bought this electric wheelchair for a friend who had an accident and is facing a long recovery. Mobility was a huge challenge for him, and this wheelchair has made an incredible difference in his daily life. One of the best things about it is how lightweight and portable it is. Despite being sturdy and well-built, it’s easy to fold and transport, which has been a huge help for doctor visits and getting around. My friend was worried about learning to use it, but the controls are so intuitive that he got the hang of it in no time. Seeing my friend regain some independence and confidence has been the most rewarding part. If you’re looking for an easy-to-use, comfortable, and reliable wheelchair for someone recovering from an injury, this one is an excellent choice. Would definitely recommend! ... show more

    • Sent broken open box product and will not pay for return shipping
I received an open box return after paying full price. I assembled the product and left it plugged in for 24 hours before turning it on. It doesn’t work, it just beeps incessantly. I tired the wheel locks, charging it again, and nothing worked. I initiated a return only to be told that I need to cover the shipping which is over $200 (if I can even get it to the UPS store). The seller asked me to send a video to prove it’s broken, I did, and now they are giving me the runaround saying that it’s not charged when it is.
