Here’s a breakdown of my experience: Waterproof & Comfort: The cover is made from high-quality 100% waterproof polyester, and it lives up to its promise! It protects my recliner from liquids like water and beverages, which is a big plus for homes with kids and pets. The fabric feels cool to the touch and provides a comfortable feel when sitting on it. It's durable, and I can tell it’ll last for a long time. Protection: This cover is a great choice for anyone looking to keep their furniture safe from scratches, dirt, and pet hair. I have pets, so this cover is perfect for keeping my recliner looking brand new. Plus, it gives the couch a fresh new look, which is always a nice bonus. Fit & Design: The cover fits my loveseat recliner well, but I recommend measuring your couch carefully before purchasing, as there are specific measurements for the console and seat sizes. The separate console cover is a nice touch, allowing for a more customized fit. Stay in Place Design: While the cover features large non-slip particles to help it stay in place, I did notice that the elastic straps don’t do much to keep the cover secure, especially on leather furniture. I bought these to keep my couches safe if they’re very expensive and I have a toddler and a husky. In terms of keeping them safe, I definitely would give these five stars. The only reason why I give four stars is because I do wish they did not slide around so much every time someone sits on them I do have to readjust them and tuck them back in. Also, I wish they came in a slightly bigger size. Also to use the cover where the cupholders go, you have to completely remove your cupholders and then cut out the circles on the fabric yourself. My cupholders do not come out so we were not able to use that feature, which I was a little disappointed because I specifically wanted to buy a product that would have cupholder covers.

This cover is a trial to get on. Clips that don't work or do so with much difficulty. The cup holders ARE NOT CUT OUT!!!!!!! YOU have to do it yourself. It took way longer put this on about 45 minutes. Its hard to get it on straight and its warm to sit on. It looks a bit sloppy on but not bad.

So far so good. Just installed on our couch, seems to stay in place and the material is soft, that back of the fabric has a sticky texture to keep it where it should be. We had to order the two loveseat option because we have a sectional but the extra left over from the arm covered nearly our entire wedge so that’s good. I wish there was a camel color to match our set but this will do for now. I’ll update once I’ve had it installed for a little while.

Update: seller refunded entire purchase price because I was dissatisfied. Although I do not think the cover is worthy of 5 stars, the customer service is. Original review: Whoever said that pet hair doesn’t stick to these doesn’t have long haired cats. Their fur stuck to this cover worse than anything I’ve ever seen. The cover does not stay in place and requires readjusting every time you sit down or stand up. I was 1 day outside my return window when I finally admitted defeat and went back to putting blankets on the couch to protect it. Which is far less annoying and collects a lot less hair. Unfortunately that means I’m stuck with a waste of money. Don’t make the same mistake I did!

As far as softness, it's fine. As far as easy to install, I would give it a negative zero stars if that was an option. Instructions say to "thread the elastic band through the sofa". What on earth does that mean "through the sofa"? After watching 3 different videos (because the included instructions suck), even the videos did not follow the instructions, they went around the back, not through. So, we tried that approach. The elastic bands are so tight, it would pull areas of the stitching or fabric creating stress points. After hours of trying multiple variations, we determined we are not going to be able to use the buckles & had to wing-it the best we could. There is absolutely no way we are going through this circus when we have to wash it, just to spend a lot of time trying to get it back on. We pay on replacing our furniture within the next 5 years, so this will work for now. But, if you are looking for something more long term, look for a different product. The fact it comes from China should really say a lot about the product. Don't waste your time & stress on this one like we did.
