My daughter bought this keychain with her own money and was so excited for it to arrive, only for it to be a complete disappointment. When she tried turning it on, she had to press the button a few times before a very dim light came up. It also broke very easily and only (or, you could say dimly) lit up in one color: Red. Got this for my teenage son who will soon need to keep track of a car key and house key. He loves Star Wars (really, the whole house does) and anything that lights up, so this was the perfect keychain. It's made of plastic (honestly, to be expected for the price) but it seems sturdy. The keychain is about half the size of a pencil. So, any activity that might break a pencil in your pocket has a chance to do the same to keychain. I imagine that eventually, the batteries will run out. That's just normal wear and tear. For the price, none of this should be unexpected. When it eventually breaks or dies, I would have no problem buying a new one. It's a fun little gadget that will bring a bit of joy to any Star Wars fan, including myself and my son. ... show more

Very cute and colorful. Used it as a cosplay lightsaber for our 1-year old at Comic Con. He was dressed as Darth Vader so the red color was the icing to his onesie outfit. Attached it to his pacifier hooked to his outfit. He fit right in.

My son was so excited about this product when he got it! It lights up great and the colors were fantastic. I really think it would be a great product for someone that isn't around small children. However, I would NOT recommend these if you have little people in your house or are around them. It did not hold up to his little brother who got ahold of it and broke it within like 10 seconds and then I had to panic search for all the button batteries. I do NOT recommend this product if you have children or are ever around children. The company did reach out to me and offered me a full refund which I was very grateful for.
