I will say this device is not the easiest thing to setup. The camera is not one of those plug and play kind of thing. You have to do quite a few things to do the setup so I would say this is not for people who are not great with setting this up and troubleshooting. The instructions are okay and it works with my laser engraving tool but it may not work for yours. It does not exactly have the best list to tell you which one will or will not work with this. Once I actually got it setup, I actually like how well this works. I can control it with my phone and it actually really helps with the laser engraving. The attachment works pretty for my device but you may need to rig up your own kind of stand for this depending on your base piece. The device is pretty light so you do not have to worry about it being too heavy for the mount. It is not battery powered and requires to be plugged in via type c port. It does come with a simple USB power brick. It does not require a ton of power. The device is relatively durable. The white color is easy to get yellowed and dirty. The camera is not bad for the most part. It does not get hot from constant use or anything like that. All the cable provided are pretty basic but with good length to them. You can just adjust accordingly. Overall the camera works great in conjunction with my laser engraver. The biggest downside is that it is not the easiest plug and play device. You have to really work at it to get it work. It pairs easily to your phone though. It may not work for all engravers so just be aware of that. It does the job though and the camera is pretty good quality.

Utterly impossible to calibrate in Lightburn. I get <0.1 score each step of the way, which is nearly perfect, but once the alignment stage happens, everything is off by over a centimeter. This is mostly due to the fisheye lens, and there's no replacement undistorted lens for it. It's also 1080p which makes it freaking USELESS with that fisheye lens... The 400x415 bed of my Falcon Pro means it has to be raised up so high that half of the horizontal pixels are utterly and completely wasted. I bought a 16MP camera with a 65degree undistorted lens for 1/3rd the price and while its auto focus and auto exposure settings leave MUCH to be desired, and it was nearly impossible to calibrate because for some stupid reason LightBurn kept saying it couldn't find the pattern until I started using the april markers instead, the end results were very precise... I'm not returning it because it has literally the only camera mounting hardware I've been able to find. I've essentially taped the 16MP camera to this camera's mount, and I'm using this camera to act as a monitor in case something goes wrong with the cutter. So while it gets some use, it's begrudging and it's basically just mounting hardware that costs half as much as a lower end professional grade cutter.
