I will say this device is not the easiest thing to setup. The camera is not one of those plug and play kind of thing. You have to do quite a few things to do the setup so I would say this is not for people who are not great with setting this up and troubleshooting. The instructions are okay and it works with my laser engraving tool but it may not work for yours. It does not exactly have the best list to tell you which one will or will not work with this. Once I actually got it setup, I actually like how well this works. I can control it with my phone and it actually really helps with the laser engraving. The attachment works pretty for my device but you may need to rig up your own kind of stand for this depending on your base piece. The device is pretty light so you do not have to worry about it being too heavy for the mount. It is not battery powered and requires to be plugged in via type c port. It does come with a simple USB power brick. It does not require a ton of power. The device is relatively durable. The white color is easy to get yellowed and dirty. The camera is not bad for the most part. It does not get hot from constant use or anything like that. All the cable provided are pretty basic but with good length to them. You can just adjust accordingly. Overall the camera works great in conjunction with my laser engraver. The biggest downside is that it is not the easiest plug and play device. You have to really work at it to get it work. It pairs easily to your phone though. It may not work for all engravers so just be aware of that. It does the job though and the camera is pretty good quality.

Regret my decision to “upgrade” and get this camera instead of the SculpFun camera. It cost a little more but the quality is mehhh. Have yet to be able to have it function properly in light burn.

The media could not be loaded. This camera is amazing! Super easy setup and install! I was a bit worried as my laser was not on the compatibility list, but it controls it perfectly! Camera and app are a very nice addition to the laser engraver/cutter, and the flame detection is beyond beneficial to have!! Took me about 2 mins to setup the laser, and connect it to their app, and about the same to connect it to the computer and lightburn! If you have a laser machine that uses lightburn, or is grbl native, then you want to get one of these!! Great value for the money! I may have to get a few more for.my other lasers!!!
