I bought five bags for my daughter to compare. This one was the keeper. It's a good size, not too big or too small for a professional to use for work. It has loads of inside pockets of various sizes including an RFID pocket, a nicely padded pocket for the laptop, the zipper pulls are nicely rounded and smooth, and the zippers open and close smoothly. The top zipper is also protected by a flap of fabric and my daughter's long hair won't get caught in it like it does in many other backpacks. The fabric is a nice quality and the design has a smooth, refined look. A very nice bag all around.

I just used this for the first time. It fit everything I needed without being overly bulky. (13 inch MacBook Pro, Mac mini, mini keyboard, iPad Pro (smaller size), headphones, 2 external drives, a mini purse, small jewelry bag, 2 external battery packs and so much more). I didn’t use the pockets for my reg size yeti bottle because with so much stuff the bottle did not fit well. (I’m sure if I had rearranged things it would have fit). The side pockets for the water bottle are pretty deep so your bottle is secure. I found 1 pocket a little wider than the other for my water bottle. Overall I am thrilled with this bag and how comfortable it was. I took one star off because after zipping up all the compartments of the bag, the zipper part with my laptop showed white threading (stitching) along the outer edge of the zipper as if the compartment was stretched to the max (the compartment was not overly full imo). I’m concerned that over time the bag may not hold up. The bag is made to fit a lot so the zipper stitching should be heavy duty to withstand the amount of items the bag is meant to carry. Will update over time as I will fly with this bag only. If I could take a half a star off I would have because the zipper pulls feel like plastic it should have been metal. Lastly, I wished all the pulls had the same locking mechanism (clips) as the laptop computer section to keep items more secure when travelling. It’s easier to steal the smaller electronics than the big laptop pressed up against your back imo. Also because of the design of the pulls, I can’t use a lock on those pockets because there is no openings in the zipper pulls (I may consider replacing the pulls for locking ones) Overall I am happy with this bag and all the pockets and space it has. Every pocket was useful except one imo. The slim mini pocket at the back of the backpack was hard to use as it’s so small and tight fitting once the bag was full. I found it hard to get into once the backpack was on. I would have to take the backpack off to get to my passport. If your gonna use it just keep that in mind and also know since it’s pressing against your back, don’t use it to hold items like keys etc… as you will feel it. * I use this backpack because certain airlines don’t allow carry on luggage with pets, just a personal item (backpack) and dog carrier. I have to travel with a lot of tech stuff that I can’t check so this bag is a must for me as it meets the airline’s requirements as a personal item and holds everything I have. Despite all I mentioned above, I would still recommend this bag. Hopefully the manufacturer will make a few improvements going forward to make this a 5 star backpack. Update- 1 year later and multiple uses, this bag is still going strong and I am still very happy with it.

I got this to tote my Dell XPS 15" back and forth from work to home in style and it does that perfectly. The size is great, accommodating my large laptop in an integrated and well-cushioned pocket. There are enough additional spaces to hold a couple work folders, day planner, 32 oz. water bottle inside (will not fit in outside bottle holder but 24oz. will) and various little pockets for pens, Air Pods, cords, etc. I really appreciate the contrasting interior beige color and am so happy they didn't make it black. The shoulder straps feel VERY comfortable. The zippers move smoothly after the first couple passes. The bag's exterior nylon is so nice, sleek black. My only issue is, some interior portions feel cheap, like plastic/nylon that can rip easily. However, for the price, I think this bag is FANTASTIC.
