We have an older Lifemaster with Security+ and it's falling apart. Thought we get a spare given that original isn't as reliable as before. This remote is an excellent value for the money, simple to program, buttons are actually better than the original given it's more sturdy. There's no lag and it works good with your garage door. Note to check the garage door opener button if it has the Red or Orange button before purchasing. Our model has the Red bottom so it was compatible.
