Pros: Very easy to set up, great maneuverability and ease of pushing/pulling. I like the color and soft squishy hand part of the handle. I have heavy hand chimes and music binders on it, and it is so easy to move around. Cons: Both the first one I ordered and the 2nd replacement one I ordered had rusty handle ends on both sides. Amazon is great at returning products, but after I mailed the first one out through Amazon's return system, I got a message from the product selling company saying to just send pictures of the problem, throw it away/don't send it back or it will be a restocking fee. Seriously? - send me a rusty product (technically 2) and tell me you'd charge to restock it if I send it back? I shop through Amazon because they are great and easy to work with through these problems, but I would not want to order from that seller again. I don't want the hassle. I did not "return" the 2nd one or rather ask for another replacement since I got two with the same problem. I'll use the one I have. The second one also didn't come with a wrench like the first one did, that was annoying, but I made due.

Got this cart to assist in a moving project. It's a small, very handy cart that's useful for moving 3-4 medium boxes at a time. My primary complaint was that the cart was delivered with the wrong size of wrench for the bolts that attached the wheels. We tightened them by hand and called it good, but soon found out that the nuts had vibrated loose after only one short trip to the car and back! Got in there with a wrench and tightened them, so they aren't going anywhere, but keep in mind that hand-tightening the screws will NOT be enough. Other than that, it's very easy to stow and convenient to have around. Does the job pretty well!

I opened the box to check the instructions before taking it with me (unassembled) to make sure I had whatever tool I needed to assemble it at my destination. Instructions said that you need a wrench. Oh look, there is a wrench in the package; we’re all set, right? Except size matters for wrenches, and the one included IS NOT the right size. Why?!?!? I managed to wrestle it into working with liberal amounts of smashed tissues, but it wasn’t the best experience. Overall, the cart worked well. The handle is definitely too short and I’m only 5’2”, but it got the job done.

This is a good product, sturdy, easy to maneuver and resistant. My only problem with it is that the handle bar is too low. I understand the height of the bar is equal to the length of the cart so it can fold, but if you are close to 6" or taller, the handle bar is low and you have to bend your back a little to maneuver it. A telescopic handle bar would help, even it is was to raise it just a foot. Nevertheless, it is a good product that helped me move some furniture. Would recommend it, if you are shorter than 6 feet / 1.80m.

The non-slip pad on top looks like it was cut out and glued to the cart by a 5-year-old, but I'm not worried about that. The cart functions well and is sturdy.
