I'm very pleased with this chair. I got it for a great price and it was very easy to assemble. It only took about 20 minutes or so to put it together, which is great (note--they do store some of the parts in the bottom of the base of the chair, so pull back the cover on the bottom to find any remaining parts you think they forgot). I love the color of this chair--it's a mix between a peacock blue and a navy blue and it's incredibly sturdy. It comes with 2 "roll-style" pillows that sit on the base of the chair, which is a bit odd, but they appear to be more decorative than anything. You can certainly discard them if you don't like them, but i like the look of them. The chair would look great in homes with several styles, as you can add an accent pillow to the chair to tie together any look you have for your room. NOTE: this chair is wider than most accent chairs, which some people may love-just make sure if you have a small space that you're looking at the measurements so it will fit. Overall I would buy this chair again as it appears it would last for quite some time with standard use. ... show more

Lifestyle Solutions Lexington Arm Chair, Navy Blue I am really impressed with this arm chair by Liftstyle Solutions Lexington. It is very well- made, and the color is a beautiful royal blue or as described, navy. The cushions are very durable with pocket coils, and hardwood frame. This is an excellent additional arm chair, and will be a lovely accent chair. It is what I would call a chair and half. It is foam filled with beautiful fabric cover. It is made in China and measures 31.1” deep x 39.8” wide x 33.5” high. Assembly instructions included and all hardware is also included. Very simple to assemble. This would be an excellent addition for a dorm room, sitting room or even a bedroom. It's very easy to care for. Just vacuum and it can be spot-cleaned with mild soap and water. It includes 4 legs and 2 arm chair attachments. It has a very comfortable padding on the chair back and has 2 small roll pillows, one for each chair end. I would highly recommend this arm chair by Lifestyle Solutions by Lexington. I received this chair in less than 24 hours from the time I placed the order. The chair I received was the Langford chair rather than the Lexington but upon some research I determined that this same chair has many different names, all beginning with an L, depending on which retailer site you are on. The box arrived totally beat up but the chair was in good condition and all of the pieces were included. My husband had no difficulty assembling it. I thought the price was very good when I ordered it but when I went back the next day to leave a review, I noticed the price had dropped by a third. I immediately called Amazon and was given a refund of the difference on my credit card. This made me like the chair and Amazon even more! The chair is a very attractive navy blue color, the fabric is a tight weave and it is comfortable. It has a nice wide seat and appears to be very sturdy. I bought it more for decor than heavy use but I think it will hold up very well and at the price I paid I won't have to love it forever! ... show more

With so many places to look for a living room chair, you would think purchasing one online would be the last place you would spend money for something where comfort, stability and true color matching is important. But here we are in the 21st century. I rely on credible and honest reviews to help me make a decision on items that you won't know will work until they are in your home. We all want to avoid the hassle of returns. So I am writing this review based on my own experience. This chair should please 99% of you. It's well built, well stitched and has a look of sophistication. I purchased 1 about a year ago and purchased 2 more about a week ago. They all were packaged well and fairly easy to assemble. Just keep in mind when sliding the back into place to slide in the right way. On one, I tried to slide it in backwards. All three look consistent and true to form. They can seat a pretty large person without looking oversized. Here's the deal on the color. It's a mix of navy blue with a hint of teal. So, just keep that in mind when choosing for color. Chair looks great, but whoever designed and approved the back assembly should have their engineering degrees revoked. It is impossible to do, And I’m am not exaggerating - IMPOSSIBLE to slide the back in, around, near, or adjacent to the horrible little brackets they are supposed to slide in? Around? Near? Adjacent to? The sides. The instructions consist of a lame 2D drawing and some arrows. And we have tried. One person. Two people together. A third person. All college graduates who have this far been fairly successful in life and furniture assembly. All of whom were left sweaty, frustrated, and swearing. We thought we had it, but then moved the chair one foot to get it where we wanted it and the back fell down to the floor. I am now faced with engineering my own method to secure the chair, which frustrates the crap out of me because I SHOULDN’T HAVE TO. The chair looks great, and is 75% sturdy. Note that the bottom is not cushioned - it’s on springs of some sort. So it’s a little hard and bouncy, but not uncomfortable. Just done lean back. ... show more

Easy for a 78 year old female to put together, but had a bit of a hard time getting the back to slide in, took a few tries. It looks like a beautiful piece of furniture. Very comfortable, nicely oversized. Highly recommend
