First and foremost - quality control? Inspecting a product before it goes out? At the very least making sure that all of the pieces are in the freaking box before you send it to the customer? Haven’t heard of her. The first couch I got was clearly a return from someone else and was missing whole large sections. I found this out only after taking my old couch to the curb for trash pickup, so I’ve spent the last week without a couch which was something I was trying to avoid. Got the replacement, and I have to say I genuinely hate whoever designed the hardware for this couch. I thought for a minute that I’d have to send this one back too because it looked like the brackets were misaligned and impossible to put together. After nearly 20 minutes of struggling with one side alone, I finally pulled them together with everything I had in me. The flap on the underside of the couch doesn’t reach the Velcro completely, and stretching it as far as I could to try to make it reach caused the staples that were holding some of the fabric together to pop out. Overall I’ve had an easier time putting together ikea furniture. Comfort wise? The seats are a little on the firm side, but I imagine they’ll soften up as time goes on. The backrest is comfortable enough and I’m satisfied enough with it to not want to deal with having to send this one back. UPDATE: it’s been about 2 weeks since I got the couch, and already it’s squeaking something fierce and the seats are sinking in a bit. I don’t see this couch lasting long and I’m a fairly small woman. ... show more

Was kinda weird putting it together at first, but once my man figured it out, it was kinda cool and super easy to put together, and I dont know why they are selling this couch for this price, but im REALLY GLAD they are, because it was perfectly within my budget, and it is a beautiful couch, yall! way prettier and nicer quality in person, and HUGE loveseat, its the size of a regular couch, and really study. This couch a very sturdy and easy assemble. Not to mention that the box it comes in is surprisingly lighter than you would think. I live on the third floor and this couch was very easy to carry with another person and the assembly took less than 20 minutes to put together. This couch was easy to put together without any tools. Once put together it seems sturdy enough. The fabric looks like it won't last very long though as out of the box there was already a small snag in a noticeable area. I fixed that with a dab of super glue. There was also a hole at the rear of the seating area. It wasn't visible but i taped it up so that the stuffing doesn't make its way out. Overall I feel this was a good buy for my upstairs loft area but this couch doesn't seem that it would last many years of heavy use ... show more

This loveseat is great! The price was great. It was incredibly easy to put together and once you snap all the pieces in place, it’s quite sturdy. This is perfect for a small space or a studio apartment. I’m a very petit person and this loveseat is perfect for me. I’m going to go ahead and add that if you’re a larger individual, perhaps don’t go with this one as it’s not very deep. The fabric is very soft and seems like it will hold up with regular use.
