I got tired of weeds piling up in places where a lawnmower won't go - around the hose, against the wall, under my little trees. This thing works great for those use cases. The blades were really annoying to swap - there's no satisfying click when the blade's in the right place, I pretty much had to guess and check - and the hedge trimmer choked on my lavender bushes too often to be something I'd use regularly, but the basic blade was lovely and the whole machine is so wonderfully light and easy to use one-handed.

I use these to trim the grass and weeds that grow around my new fruit trees. I was surprised that they lasted for 2 hours on one battery charge. They are easy to operate, not too heavy, easy to clean and change blades. these clippers have a lot of bang for the buck.

Straight out of the box today. Charged up fully in less than an hour. Changed out the blade easily for the larger one. I have several balcony plants I was trimming with scissors. This is so much better ! Love it. One caveat: it is not designed to have the cutting strength to get through woody stems. Leaves and fleshy stems only, and you are good. One of my plants is being reshaped into a topiary mushroom shape, from a previous globe shape. This tool will speed the gradual process I think.

The media could not be loaded. Im not a big yard work person and this is my first time using a hedge trimmer. So with that being said I thought it worked great! Only had a issue when I tried to go too fast or hit a large dry branch. This trimmer is pretty cool. I used it to cut the grass around a bush in my yard then I used the trimmer to cut it up more to put it in my compost container. It worked great!

This product was purchased 6 weeks ago. Worked great for four weeks. Which was 4 uses. It is now dead. Charger is good but the trimmer is dead. Now equivalent to a small boat anchor. The last LiChamp trimmer I purchased from Amazon lasted 2 years. This one lasted one month. Thumbs down. . Very disappointing. Beware.
