I just built a new pc that the required wattage is around 450wats, but it's always best to b on the higher end for heavy gaming. We'll, I decided to purchase this psu twice as powerful to b extra safe... this was a waste of time. Not only did it underperformaned, but it keep booting up my system when I had my gpu installed. I reinstalled all the driver, checked all the wiring, plugged different extensions for my gpu, but it just wldnt keep up when I wanted or attempted to use my gpu. I also tested my gpu on a different computer, n I had no issues. I'm sorry, but moving forward, I'm sticking only with brands, n not strange 3rd parties brands. Just cus is gold branded, it doesn't mean is the top tier quality. I wldnt recommend this psu. ... show more

This PSU was the biggest regret of my 9800x3d/9070xt Fractal Terra Build. Pros: -Good quality braided cables that are pretty flexible and easy to manage. - 80+Gold certification. Cons: -Stock fan sounds like an F-16 taking off. It has 2 settings: off and 3000rpm. I solved this by replacing the stock 90mm fan with one from a thermalright cooler (do at your own risk). -really bad rating on LTTLabs PSU reviews -Fan grille edges are ridiculously sharp (I've almost cut myself on them). Had I not been able to replace the stock fan on this thing, I probably would have returned it. There's literally no reason the PSU should be the loudest component in a mini-itx build. I would only recommend this PSU if you absolutely can't swing anything from Corsair/Seasonic/Cooler Master. ... show more
