The trampoline is great! It's exactly what I was hoping for. My kids love it and the weight limit is well beyond what is needed. The tools that came with it aren't the best but the material is premium. So you may need your own tools to put every thing together securely but overall I couldn't have bought a better trampoline that is safe and fun. Assembly isn't too bad but you have to follow the instructions. You may have to use some muscles to pull the springs in place. 5 star Trampoline!

We absolutely love this trampoline! We got the 14ft one and its the perfect size! Our kiddos have had a blast on it! Everything seems to be solid and safe for my kids! My husband and I also were able to get on it with our 3 kids and everything held together perfectly! The sprinkler/lights do come at a different date than the trampoline, we got those in the mail yesterday so we have yet to try that out but Im sure they will work great! We reached out to customer service for a small thing (just had a broken piece on the basketball hoop) and they got back to us super fast and are sending us a new hoop! I would 1000% recommend them if you’re looking for a safe, reliable and fun trampoline for your family!

It did say I received the lights and hose according to the delivery info but I never found the package which included the lights and hose then I also proceeded to find just a small straight tare in the blue tarp that surrounds the trampoline. I want to say that these people went way above and beyond to do everything I'm there power to make everything right by sending all the new items. The trampoline is perfect otherwise and the reviews are up to standard!!! We LOVE IT!! It holds us and the kids and also the weather we just had this weekend proved that the tie downs sent with it held it amazing!! Horrible to assemble. Kids have to be careful when using with the sprinkler. The bounce is good. The Matt didn't fit around the springs, they sent the lights and sprinkler separately and I had to contacts to find out where they were. They sent a new Matt but the other one is already tied so I haven't even been able to see if the other one fits. lol. what a pain. The basketball hoop is already bent from one of my friends kids.

The most difficult parts to put together were the ladder and the basketball goal. They had to drill new holes for the screws on the ladder because they weren’t even and there were similar problems with the basketball goal, otherwise it was quick and easy it looks really nice and all of the parts were in the box..

Great trampoline for adults and kids!! Holds all of us so we can play together! Very durable and sturdy! The springs stretched some but that’s to be expected. Great customer service. Doesn’t hold up to 1500lbs. My husband, me, and my daughter played on it and now I’m having to get replacement springs and we are definitely not over 1500lbs
