    • Good portable AC for the money
Size: 10,000 BTU
Review Image by Bruce M.
I bought this from Amazon, the unit arrived damaged, fan struck the shroud and sounded like a machine gun. Amazon took it back with the next day UPS pick up and sent me another. This window unit was replacing another LG wall mounted unit that was installed in the wall of my workshop. This unit would not fit my window. The old hole was quite a bit larger than this unit so I had to fill the space to make it fit properly. Never throw away small pieces of wood !!!! The unit connected right up through the WI-FI and works very well. My shop is 28X12 and partially insulated. The 10000btu cools the shop and cycles properly. All in all I'm very pleased. ... show more

    • Good quality good value easy to set up AC
Size: 10,000 BTU
East to install and set up. Easy to connect to the app via WiFi. I mostly control it from the app in my iPhone never an issue. There’s a remote control but mine sits unopened in a drawer. If you unplug it or power goes out, it will automatically reconnect to WiFi when power returns. Compact enough that one person can install and remove based on the season. Very quiet even on high fan setting. ... show more

    • Works perfectly
Size: 10,000 BTU
I have a bedroom with a vaulted ceiling and it has always been notoriously difficult to keep it cool on a hot day. This thing has no problem at all keeping up with the heat. Only issue someone might have is that it is quite loud at max fan speed but I don't use it on max so works for me. Filter is pretty cool, it slides out of this slot on the front and is one solid piece which is very convenient to clean. Installation wasn't too difficult, I did it by myself in a window that is about 4 feet from the floor. All in all, I couldn't find a better deal and it works better than expected. I recommend. ... show more

    • Lived 5 months and died.
Size: 10,000 BTU
It's dead! It growls at me when I turn it on. Purchased March 22 2026 and died August 11 2026. Have been a long time LG customer for years. I hope this product issue is not a sign of things to come. Will be seeking warranty repair or replacement.
